I think that you all need to stop hogging all the snow.
I'm planning on going to Rocky Mountain National Park around the end of April and thought I'd check out how much snow they've gotten.
Here is a webcam in Estes Park pointed towards Rocky Mountain NP. Notice that it is January 26th and there is a significant lack of snow on the ground in the foreground.
I'm actually a little nervous about the Front Range this year if we don't get some serious snow fall soon.
They could truck it in.

I hear Atlanta has it's fair share still.

Saw Public Enemies a few days ago.
Superman: Why is it that good villains never die?
Batman: Clark, what the hell are good villains?
Newscaster: Lex Luthor's attempt to win the presidency the old-fashioned way ... by buying it ... seems to be picking up steam. New poles show that 22% of Americans now support his third party bid. In a completely unrelated story, 22% of Americans now indicate a preference for getting [beep] in the [beep] with a red hot poker!

I did not care too much for that one.

I saw RED in the grocery store when I was buying onion for the beef curry I made last night. I came really close to an impulse buy there...but I am saving for the dress, flight and hotel to my brother's wedding this June, then another flight and and hotel package out to
PAIZOCON!
:D
So I restrained myself.
I wouldn't be thinking about it now if I didn't still want it though...

Honestly, though, if you want my opinion on this, there are much better artists out there than Todd McFarlane. If you wanted, I could do a McFarlane-style demon in the style of, say, Dave Johnson or Mike Mignola.
One of my personal favs. Him and George Perez.

Frazetta's work is amazing, and he set a style that has been mimiced by many over the years. I don't think you can compare Frazetta to Adams though.... styles are too far apart. For my taste I still prefer the classic comic style opposed to a lot of the work today. But I'm sure one thing we can all agree on is that Liefeld should die....slowly and horribly....and I mean Hooksaw Mountain horrible.
I want Jack Kirby to rise up from his grave and stab Liefeld to death with his drawing pencil.
I hate Liefeld.

From my Tony Montana days, the only dudes I ever saw with chicks like that were overweight rich 50 year old blow dealers and, well, all kinds of 50-70 year old rich dudes. The type that weight 300lbs and wear Speedos in Miami. Oh, and really bad rock musicians (see: Pamela Anderson).
And the only dudes I've seen who lust for chicks like that are gamer dudes I'm sure have rarely gotten close enough to a real woman to know the difference.
I think Seoni's plenty hot and my wife is also plenty real, thank you very much!!
prods sleeping wife to make sure
I second that. My wife is pretty damn hot.
especially in her chainmail bikini. ;)

See I did not like a lot of Kirby either. That being said Kirby was a much greater artiste then Liefield.

It's been so long. I loved Arther Adams back when Longshot came out. Never a big fan of Mignola -- although I really like the stories of Hellboy.
Others I really liked back in the day were Alan Davis and of course John Byrne.

But seriously, JET is open to anyone under...I think it's 35.
Either that, or join a local JETAA group for the occasional drunken karaoke and pretend you were there too. :D
I just found the local JETAA chapter here in Houston and found out they're hosting a Shinnenkai about 2 blocks south of where I live in two weeks. Walking distance! Whoo!
On that first part, I live in Brooklyn, so I'm used to everyone not speaking the same version of English I do. Sometimes it's hilarious, other times its frustrating, still other times it leads to me getting food other than what I ordered(which is occasionally delicious).
For the latter parts, I know there are a few Japanese organizations in Manhattan that are quite large- it's just a matter of making time to get to one or more of them.
They are called "YAKUZA".

were they the ones they modeled the ninja or gunslinger for the latest playtest? Now we know how Paizo is taking care of their competition.

I wasn't into comic books much back in the day. If I'd have had Hellboy and Sandman like these lucky kids of today (back in the 90s?) I'd have been.
I was collecting back in the '80s. Ended up selling my collection around '97 and bought a ring. (And been happily married ever since.)

No. Paizo does it the old fashoned way. Making books and games their people want.
