Well, William and Isabel woke to a plethora of phat Christmas loot, never realizing that their parents had to sell raise and sell goats on the side in order to afford it all. Meanwhile, Ralphie's old man was furious that he didn't get to taste any of the Christmas Turkey, but he calmed downed after a few glasses of wine. So, I guess that means that gnomes burn very well, which means they're made of wood, which makes them float in water, so that means gnomes are witches......

Glad you saw it. We were very pleased with how Christmas turned out. The girls didn't get a huge haul of stuff, but they were very happy with what they got, so it was a big win.

I can't access YouTube from work, but when I get home, I'll post the link to the video here, so I can share it with the FAWTLs who don't use FB. ::looks meaninfully at FhDM:: ;)

Saga. I don't know if I'll like it or not. But we're all ready for a break from traditional fantasy gaming.

I found Saga fun, personally, though I've never played a long-running game. Hope it's a fun campaign for you guys!

Well, I got a new cookbook, a Le Crueset skillet in bright orange, a new makeup mirror, a giant stuffed panda, and my son got me a teapot that looks like a dragon curled up on its egg. Plus itunes gift card, and assorted chocolates from Godiva. And my sister in law got me a really pretty photo frame. Yeah, I made out like a bandit. :)

A cook book and a stuffed panda. Some people usually have stuffed turkey for the holidays, but this ought to be interesting.

I got an electric razor for black men(guarantees ya stubble and no razor bumps!), and the wrong game off my amazon.com wishlist from my techphobic mother, who insisted she got me the right thing. IV and XI look nothing alike, even if you don't know roman numerals very well.

I got a cast iron casserole dish with lid, which has me way too excited, along with some other kitchen accessories and a cookbook. Also, the rest of the series of music history volumes I needed to complete the full 1200 years of written music, a few CD's, and my partner got me a new coat and the Cataclysm expansion for WoW.

HA! It's funny you should mention hamsters. We had a gerbil as a mascot for our anime club in college(Fuzzy, the anime gerbil, or FUZTAG), and I kept him as a pet for many years. I was sad when he passed.

No, I was talking about the Kender topic far, far up-page. Some people really should stay far away from them, and I don't just mean the people who play them poorly.
