1. Oh, come, all ye faithful, joyful and triumphant,
Oh, come ye, oh, come ye, to Bethlehem.
Come and behold Him, born the King of angels;
* Refrain:
Oh, come, let us adore Him, oh, come, let us adore Him,
Oh come, let us adore Him, Christ the Lord.
2. Sing, choirs of angels, sing in exultation;
Oh, sing, all ye citizens of heav’n above!
Glory to God, all glory in the highest;
3. Yea, Lord, we greet Thee, born this happy morning;
Jesus, to Thee be all glory giv’n;
Word of the Father, now in flesh appearing;

Well it's over for our oldest. We just had to have the Santa talk with him tonight, he took it pretty well, and he's happy that now he can "be Santa" with mommy and daddy.... still it kinda sucked doing it. :(
Just had a slice of pie about that.
Yeah my oldest took it hard, when we had the talk with him. He did not want it to be, as it was. I had honestly thought he already knew.

Well in our case it was the end result of Kellen finding the Santa gifts. I guess that's how I found out come to think about it. But he's with his mom now running to get a couple other Santa gifts, he was happy to find out that he could be santa too.

What I take (small) issue with is when the sign says "If you do not speak English a translator is available." and the only ones they have all speak Spanish, lets be fair here folks, we got just as many Russian speakers here as we do Spanish.

Just hot ones we kicked out of the country.
We actually have an access line for translators here at work for about 200 languages.
Its just having an guy tell me that English is in the constitution as the official language and me not wanting to get fired for telling him he is wrong.

Being half Cherokee, I loved it when they say "English is the native language in this country!"....... uhm..... O_o

Wait. I'm not sure what you're talking about...
There's no Santa??? But who brings all the gifts every Christmas?

Mommy is sad though, that much closer to being all growd up. :(
But I am proud of how well he took it. He was so excited to help out and help us keep it real for Arden and Riley.

Being Cajun and having a Great Grandma that did not speak English yet was born in this country it down right pisses me off.

I wish to warn you all...alfredo meatballs are not a good dinner. It will have its revenge.
My mother wanted to do Meatball subs for dinner, being sympathetic to my not being able to digest tomatoes decided that I could have meatball alfredo.....ugh...the pain. fyi..not good going down or coming up. :(

Tater tots alfredo also may not be a good idea. :P

We had meatballs too (in tomato sauce though). No repeats.
Meatballs in alfredo sauce somehow just makes me think of Swedish meatballs, but I suspect they were not that good.

As someone struggling to become bi-lingual, I'm more than a little pissed myself that as a matter of practicality, the language I want to learn has to take a backseat to the language I have to learn in order to communicate with many of the people my job puts me into contact with because they can't be bothered to learn the 'common' language of the country they choose to live in.

Fairly decent, yeah. Not as good as the retail reports I've seen quoted, but we're not a major retailer, nor are we in a standard location.
How's life, CH?
Your mom kicks ass! Please tell your birthday sister I said happy belated birthday!!!!

+1. I used to get a lot of flack for being able to go back and forth between spanish and english in the mid-nineties. I wish I was as proficient as I once was.

Merry Christmas, FAWTL!! Jude fell asleep before we could open his gifts so we are waiting for him to wake up so we can take pictures and pretend he knows what is going on.

What santa talk? He has a skeleton key that opens every door in the world, that's how he gets into apartment complexes and such. If you are awake, he'll just cast gaseous form on himself and leave your presents in strange places of the house. The reindeer are a decoy, he's actually more of a wizard/thief(Santa's old school) than a ranger or anything like that, although Rudolph IS his familiar.
What? You didn't know this?

Merry Christmas FAWLTYHOUSE!!!!!!! I hope everyone has a WONDERFUL holiday, or a quiet day of peace if you do not observe.
Also, before my wife headed out to Cali, I checked the Facebook page and would like to thank everyone for the wonderful birthday wishes! Even my players in my Darklight Sisterhood all girl game have found the page and favorited it, so I will continue to hear how I should join Facebook on a monthly basis. Not that I ever will, but thank you very much, folks!

What did I miss?
Well, William and Isabel woke to a plethora of phat Christmas loot, never realizing that their parents had to sell raise and sell goats on the side in order to afford it all. Meanwhile, Ralphie's old man was furious that he didn't get to taste any of the Christmas Turkey, but he calmed downed after a few glasses of wine. And, across town, some kid accidently shot his....No, wait! That's my special holiday edition soap opera!
