I'm so not going to make it.

7 hours and 45 minutes to go for me. Have fun getting off earlier than me, Jess.

No matter what anyone else says, dragon; it's good to read that you're not a selfish lover. ;-)

EDIT: invoked Rule 34 due to Sharoth's TOTP.

Is it me or are the messageboards dragging ass due to the likely high volume of participants and lurkers awaiting the announcement for the 32 contestants for Superstar? As much as it is to my chagrin to admit this, I'd like to see the PMG do some *click* work and give his hawtness a good thrashing so the ship can be sailing a bit more smoothly. I already had two messages eaten and received this alert:

You can do it Jess!!!! I don't get off for another 4.5 hours myself.

And yeah, we're all going to be moving a lot more slowly as people check in to see the Superstar results.

Bah, back on the anxiety meds. (No scolding please I understand I need them they just make me tired) I also have to go for an EKG and blood tests tomorrow. Damn my family history of heart disease and Diabetes.

PMG says they lost a server due to the power outage over the weekend so everything is a bit slower, and that we shouldn't have a Blitz at 1:55pm PST

Sovereign Court

2.5 hours! Argh!

And yeah, Superstar is the countdown. I won't get off work until much later, given the issue that dropped into my lap thismorning. ::sigh::

Sovereign Court

I"m pretty sure my item was not quite good enough...but there's a niggling hope...

hehe. At this point, I just want to know.

49 minutes!

Oddly this reminds me of a saying.

"Life is like a roll of toilette paper; the closer you get to the end the faster it goes."

Superstar? That thing where people submit RPG stuff to Paizo and everyone else votes on it? Or is this a new "reality" TV/gameshow that that a network has decided to inflict upon us?

Good luck Jess!!!!

6!!!!!!!!!!!!

Liberty's Edge

0.1 hours to go.

RPG Superstar as a reality show? Oh hells yeah, I'd tune in every week!

While I wanted to win, I frankly don't think I deserved to. My item wasn't horrible, but I don't think it was superstar quality either. I'm glad I entered though, and I plan to work hard enough to get into the top 32 next year. :D

Don't be so hard on yourself! I'm sure your item was spectacular. Still, there is indeed next year, where I'm sure we will be competing against each other once more.

Liberty's Edge

The Archetype I was coming up with was much better than my magic item. Why do we do them in this order again?

Sovereign Court

I think my archetype's bones were better too - but the names were killing me. Now I have to research, think, and wait for inspiration to strike!

My item I think would be a good item to include in the game. I've actually included it in my games, and it's a neat little item. It's one of those useful but somewhat bland items. I have a good idea what was wrong with it, and will post it to get the feed back from the judges to make sure I correctly understand my item's weaknesses. :) Then on to next year!

Did any of the FAWTL crew make it into the top 32?

Paizo Employee Senior Software Developer

Fourteen of my sock puppets did.

Cool items this round, man.

As a matter of fact yes. look at some of the producers names.
