They are not! I could eat a whole bowlful with milk for breakfast. They taste exactly like Corn Pops.

YUM!!!

Yes. They don't taste like popcorn. Snot maybe. definitely nasty.

You disappoint me.

I am sorry Solnes. As a kid I was shuttled around a lot growing up, and I complained to my parents regularly that I felt like I never had a chance to really get to know anyone my own age. Her reply was always that we had friends of the family who had kids, but it was never the same as staying with the friends I had made on my own.

Sorry to hear what's going on, Solnes. I hope it works out best for your friend and her family.

I think if it were me I would tell hubby to go then, send me my damn child support!

And cold BBQ is good! :)

And hubby wants you to know that the new KQ has Pathfinder Gear Forged.

I disciplined myself and waited for the microwave to do its work. It was good...but pork! Who's sneaking pork into this Texan establishment???

Tell him thanks. I thought it was something-forged, but clockwork-forged sounded wrong.

Sorry you're going...hope the pout helps.

Spoiler:

There sounds like a lot is going on beyond his ill-considered whims. If I may be so bold, I am not entirely sure it sounds like he is even confident in their marriage, much less has a clear idea on what he wants to do. He is certainly putting his selfishness above the family's well being.

I understand an extreme desire to leave a place because it feels like it is wearing upon you. But a man in his situation has so much to balance these kinds of decisions cannot be made lightly. And I have never seen anyone just tear up roots and succeed. Moves like that are made with a purpose and clear desire. Not vague notions about "bands" or "what he deserves". But then, I am also a bit confused on how his band is more likely to take off in Cincy rather than MB. I guess I don't have a very high opinion of Cincy though. :)

However, I think your friend should call his bluff. If he is serious, then she is better off without him. If he is simply being an ass and trying to force the subject through bullying, then he might fold. Of course, does she really want to stay with a bully?

Of course, there is so much more to consider. The kids, her ability to survive as a single mom, etc. Those are hard choices and I do not envy that.

I couldn't figure out a good place to put a question, so I thought I'd ask my FAWTLY family first.

What ideas can you give me where I can use angels (or other very "good" outsiders) as a major antagonist with an all good party?

An opposing "Good" organization being run by someone EVIL. The PCs are branded as misguided enemies of said organization.

Here is one such idea I ran across recently.

Interesting.

I'm black, I get ingrown hairs with astonishing regularity. The ONE electric razor that actually works for me is quite good at getting rid of them, it must have set my mom back quite a bit(christmas present).

What electric razor is that? I need a new one.

It is the Andis T or something like that- same company that makes a lot of the electric razors used for cutting hair in black barber shops.

Sounds like Mid-Life Crisis b@+&+&+@. I feel for her, what with my ex-wife having gone through a "Quarter-Life Crisis" and leaving the marriage. Here's hoping he wakes up before it's too late.

Has anyone heard from Fake Healer lately? I know that he was going through some RL issues, but I have not seen him lately.

Spoiler:
My brother has had a turn around of attitude lately for the better. He seems to be going back to his early high school days when I viewed him as a, I don't want to say better, more grounded and tolerable is what I see in him now. Plus he is starting to get into rpgs now, always a turn for the better. I have planted a seed in his mind for Pathfinder. went to the FLGS and looked at their game posting board and noticed several PFS being ran on the weekends. Getting him pumped up for it. next step is to introduce him to the boards. I told him the dates for Paizocon and now he is wanting a birthday gift of a con ticket. Since he has been accpeted into jobcorps I don't know if he will be able to make it though. Plus I will help him sign up to Paizo's website so he can get his PFS number and help him get started. I will probably send him this direction when that is done.

Today was decent. After three years of never getting around to it, I signed up for a martial arts class, and today was the first session. It felt good, but it was readily apparent that I was the worst person in the beginners' group.

Yesterday, on the other hand...

For me, the title of worst pain ever goes to having a 150-pound section of log dropped on my chest.

two angels that feel this way and are attempting to curry favor with their lord by ending the world a few months ahead of schedule.
Do they find themselves against two stoners, one incredibly stupid the other wont say a gorram word?

Hey, I liked that movie.

So yeah my quality on my phone calls has been so good the last several months I got an award. A little sticker to go with the little plaque they gave me at the beginning of the year when I did well, $100 bonus and a limo lunch on the company this Wednesday. I now have the B2 as well as the APG. I could have and should have spent it on other things. But it did help me participate on some things this year I was unable to last year. Not to mention take my wife out to eat.

So overall even complaining I should be saying work goes well. Or rather people seem to like talking to me on the phone most of the time.

Kids are both spending the night at friends houses, yet I will be home with a sick wife and unable to do much after work then watch more blasted TV. I think I might turn it off for a month, that and the computer, just for a break. It isn't like I can not watch some TV at work let alone have internet access all day long anyway.
