GameMastery Guide Stat Block Question

p. 263 the Champion Stat Block has "Base Statistics" in the Tactics Section; but in the NPC Guide, Ostog the Unslain, among other entries, has the "Base Statistics" under the Offense block.

Which is correct?
Is "Base Statistics" always under Tactics or if there is no "Before Combat", "During Combat" or "Morale" blocks then lump it under Offense?

The correct place to put "Base Statistics" is in the Tactics section after "Morale."

Since we chose to omit the "Tactics" section from the stat blocks for the NPCs in that book for space concerns, but we didn't want to omit Ostog's base stats, we just put them into his Offense section.

AKA: Stat block formatting is not so fragile that you can't tinker with it now and then.

Another question, on the Princess entry on p. 292, the AC has a modification of "+1 shield". I can't see where that is coming from.

That's from her Two-Weapon Defense feat.
