Sorry, since Tiana was the one scouting ahead she would be the only person who was actually inside the hallway as the bell rang. That would put you right outside the citadel. There are no arrow slits on the outside of the citadel, so you are safe there (it seems).

Will Broccan use his tower shield to face forward or to the right (toward the arrow slits there)?

Once he gets into the hallway, Broccan will get as close to the wall with the arrow slits as possible, holding his shield facing forward down the hall. He will switch to his longsword, then attempt to stab through the first slit at the attacker inside it.

"Tiana, get back'ere behin' th'shield!"

Tiana will duck under the arrow slits and advance forward slowly, finishing the round a bit ahead of Broccan and Sanstree.

So where am I? Things are moving fast all of a sudden.

Male Human (mostly) Ex-cleric and Grumpy Cat

For simplicity's sake, let's say that when the alarm went off, Tiana was 10 feet into the corridor, and the rest of you just outside, about 10 feet from the entrance. I hope that will do.

Also, I would be grateful if you'd constrain yourselves to one round's worth of actions each round.

"How did I get talked into this?" Erine says to Goat as, covering ehr head, she walks slowly into the tunnels.
Going in at half speed. That should move me 10 feet into the tunnel. If they can still shoot even when you go under them, I instead go on total defence and get myself 5 feet in.

I have a suggestion in my post in the discussion thread.

Tiana, are you making a double move at half speed, or a single? To reiterate, Edrukk's first round action is all movement -- he will double-move (while ducking, so half-speed) to 10' in. If he and Erine are occupying the same spot, he will shield her.

I'm double moving while ducking, should bring me from 10' in to 40' in.

Edrukk stage-whispers to the scout, "If'n ye need aid 'r a distraction, let me know 'n I'll charge on up 'ere."

Based on my suggestion for notation in the discussion thread, then, we have the following initiatives and positions. Sing out if I've misunderstood your intent. (Just trying to save time for our beleaguered DM when the sunlight rolls back around to his side of the world.)

I need Broccan's attack roll.

As you crawl your way ahead into the corridor two crossbow bolts from the slits ahead zip by Tiana. There is a rustle and screaming in Orc to your right, crossbows loading and so on, but they have no targets. One fires anyway in frustration.

You're up again.

Tiana keeps leading the way while crawling and advancing carefully into the corridor.

Another double move while crawling, should bring Tiana 70' in.

Broccan's first round attack was rolled on the last page, but I'm guessing it was a miss even before you factor in +8 AC due to cover.

Edrull continues to double-move, also. Should be at +30 now.

Didn't think about it -- Broccan is moving at normal speed, I think, so he can be at +50. I don't know where the arrow slits are, so if he's only moving to the next slit and stabbing, I don't know where he is. I'm assuming that he's made a full single move below.

Another two crossbow bolts whiz past Tiana, and the orc inside tries to hit Broccan back, but the slit is too narrow for effective fighting.

There is shouting and general ruckus somewhere inside the citadel. You are up again.

Assuming that Tiana gets to the far end of the corridor and there are no obstacles in his way, this replaces the previous post.

His eyes a faint purplish hue, he chants quietly to himself, a prayer to bring Lamashtu's protection for his forth coming actions. This slow game is getting too much for Canvy to bear, he gets up and rises to his full height, making sure he does not stand up in front of an arrow slit. Looking the length of the corridor, a bead of sweat drips from his brow as he concentrates on estimating whether he can run to the end of the corridor or not. His palms sweaty as he as he makes his decision, it is time to run the gauntlet, he breathes an almighty breath sucking in as much oxygen as he can, his muscles poised and ready. His eyes focused on the gap between the two arrow slits at the end, his destination is set.

He steps out and runs for his life, to the far end of the corridor, his legs pumping the ground as fast as they can. His chest and body ache under the constraint his mail armor places on his movement, but nothing will stop him from making it the end of the corridor.

Casts Shield of Faith +2 to AC. Normal speed 30ft, Run max x4 so will run down the side of the corridor, not occupied by the crouching party members. The idea to end at the end of the corridor at the same time as Tiana.

Run is a full-round action.

OK, the run without the shield then..., but only if Tiana gets to the other end this round. If she doesn't get to the other end, then Canvy stays crouched down and prays for 'Shield of Faith', then next round does the run.

Tiana keeps crawling next to the wall while a few bolts fly next to her, but don't hit her. Eventually she reaches the end of the narrow passage.

Another double move, should be 100' in.

Male Human (mostly) Ex-cleric and Grumpy Cat

As Tiana and Canvy reach the end of the passage, they notice to their dismay that the corridor turns and doubles back on itself and that there are still arrow slits leading out from the narrow (10 feet room) that is sandwiched in there.

Another pair of bolts swish by but miss both Canvy and Tiana.

Not really, since that's pretty much the point of the arrow slits. But where you are standing now you can only be reached from the room at the end of the corridor.

There were arrowslits ahead of you. Those continue along the entire wall. There is a room behind them, even if it's not accessible to you.

If Taina agrees, we move half speed, crouching under the arrow slits down the new corridor, Tania leading Canvy on the side of the arrow slits, like before.

Male Human (mostly) Ex-cleric and Grumpy Cat

You hear a rumble ahead and four orcs make their appearance at the end of the second hallway (which is somewhat shorter, only 80 feet. Two crossbow bolts from the slits to the north (the turn) bounce off Canvy's armor.

You're up. Finally something to fight.

He then gets his falchion ready and prays "Defend me against your enemies gracious Lamashtu." Canvy's eyes begin to glow a purple, his breathing quickens, his pulse races, blood will be spilled.

Cast Shield of Faith on himself, +2AC, he will let both Edruuk and Broccan past him, or take a 5ft step back to let them both take the front rank.

I take it the corridor is 10ft wide like the first corridor, so the orcs are 2 abreast and 2 deep across the corridor.
