So access to pdfs 1-10 now, plus the others when they are done, plus a huge compilation book at some near/far point in the future afterwards? No doubt with the superstitch binding that was so prominently mentioned in the Tome of Horrors thread?
If that's a yes, you've got yourself my money.
It is indeed a yes.

Signed up for the subscription the other night. Downloaded the first 10 adventures (which I noticed kept getting longer and longer!). Just ordered a cool Orcus mini off of the Reaper site (think I'll paint him in more corpse like colors than his red incarnation). My ToH should be arriving any day now. I think I'm about ready to TPK some PCs. And I'm going to TPK them so hard that their back-up characters will start in the negative hit points!
Welcome!

You now have yourself my money. And I've got a lot of reading to do.

Have fun, and be gentle with your players...nah, not that last part. :)

Tsar is on my short list of things to run for my group, but I don't like starting at higher levels. Any suggestions on what to use as a lead up to Slumbering Tsar?
Frog God has a few lower level adventures that are possible, the Splinters of Faith series at the lower levels and Strange Bedfellows. Also Paizo has a large number of lower level adventures that are not directly connected to adventure paths, like Crypt of the Everflame. It isn't too hard to find suitable low level adventures to get your crew up to level 6 or 7 to start on Slumbering Tsar

I was looking for somewhere to take our campaign after the Crypt of the Everflame / Masks of the Living God / City of Golden Death module series.
We'll end that mini-arc on the Isle of Terror, with the PCs just about at 7th level...
So it's off to the Worldwound and the temple city at its center...

If you have access to some of the old Necromancer games stuff you can make a nice little AP out of it.
Start with The Wizard's Amulet (which you can get for free). The if you have access to Crucible of Freya then continue on to the amazing Tomb of Abysthor(you can find PDF's on RPG now or copies off amazon or Ebay fairly cheap) and the players should be level 7 or 8 and ready for Tsar.

Would be perfect for my purposes, unfortunately, a friend of mine is planning on running that series already... :-(

Might want to run Splinters of Faith as it's own thing.
Strange Bedfellows sounds interesting. What's it's upper level range?

I believe its level range is 2-4 or so. It is more than just a simple adventure. It is a mini campaign area with 3 towns and some small town politics as well.
IMO It would fit nicely with the Splinters of Faith series.

This is what I did for my home campaign. Abysthor is the perfect lead-in and actually ties in with the adventure to a certain extent.

So when are you guys going to update Wizard, Crucible and Tomb to PFRPG? :)

This was a perfect eureka moment. I subscribed to Tsar when it came out, and recently ordered a copy of Abysthor from ebay to replace the one I can no longer (inexplicably) find. Obviously, like any right minded individual, I have Crucible. And I'm sitting here with a party who have just finished the (frankly superb) Godsmouth Ossuary, with a complete loss of inspiration as to what to do next. So this idea is so perfect it hurts.

Fawsome! I actually have Crucible, so I would just need to get Tomb of Abysthor to go that route.
Though, I still may get Strange Bedfellows, just because it sounds cool and different.

It is, and the 78 page count doesn't really indicate how packed it is - the print is teeny tiny so there's a ton of information. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have maps for two of the towns, despite having keys that indicates it should. Or an overview map showing the relationship of the three towns to each other.

This Thread has a few maps, one is really good from the Shades of grey module. It shows a good overland area of the Necroverse.
These are a few good player made maps of the Necroverse. One is Clarks personal map he made, looks like it is done in CRAYON!!

Those are really good resources, and will help out enormously, thank you!
What I was specifically bemoaning though was the absence of maps of the towns of Harmony, Stone's Throw and Thorbold, even though they are keyed in the descriptions, which I find odd. Why bother allocating H1, H2, H3 for Harmony, for instance, if there's no map of the place?
Anyway, that's not really germaine to the thread. That's the only complaint I have for Strange Bedfellows, otherwise it's excellent.
