What is Dragotha's CR by Pathfinder standards in your opinions?
If you go with a straight conversion, his CR would be 25 and he would be a great wyrm. This would include changes to his size, hit dice, ability scores, feats, etc. and also includes CR modifications for the dracolich template.
I did a PF conversion not too long ago, since my players use PF characters and recently went up against him in our long-running AoW campaign. I kept his hit dice and ability scores unchanged then converted the rest, so I estimated his CR would stay at 27. My players' group wizard did not have Disjunction on his spell list so I refrained from giving it to Dragotha as well, as this would have gauranteed a TPK.

7th-level spells by two and his 8th-level spells by four, and
the effects of these spells are constant and included in his
stats.

Dragotha's attacks/damage by 8 and AC by 13.
Cast wish to supress all death ward effects on
party for one round during his next deathwind attack.
Cast utterdark on entire cave (19 hours)
During Combat
Round 1 - Dire Charge into party, using full attack to take
out as many as possible and Spellcasting Harrier
to hamper spellcasters.
Round 2 - Fly back to ziggurat, dismiss antimagic field
and use quickened, clinging deathwind on party.
Round 3 - Maze on cleric or other spellcaster, or
horrid wilting on group if in poor shape from
deathwind (option: use greater metamagic rod of
maximize from treasure hoard for this spell.)
Quicken waves of fatigue. Include additional
damage from clinging breath weapon.
Round 4 - Cast harm on self if taking sufficient damage,
quicken low-level buffs that have been dispelled.
Round 5 - Liberal use of maze, destruction, polar ray,
and horrid wilting for offense. If threatened
by melee foes, use scroll of widened antilife
shell.
