So the party has just captured Nualia and taken Orik and Lyrie and released them under a watchful parole. In my game Nualia was possessed by Malfeshnekor who still hasn't been seen yet. Most of Thistletop has been explored except the last level, Orik led them straight to Nualia when he was defeated. One of my PC's is Nualia's sister who is very sympathetic to her as well as the love interest of a certain you know who from AP2. The players never deactivated the runewell under the town. They are also building a bridge to Chopper's Isle to build a fortress, they got a cheap deal on the "haunted" property. I've got a neat story to run over there with the Attic Whisperer or the Sandpoint Devil, not sure which or both yet. Lyrie is teaching Thassilonian to one of the PC's. I've already had Hellknights ransack the town looking for a fugitive and the Black Arrows already stopped in and one of the players tried to rob Kaven, which resulted in a bloody mess and a pissed off Kaven.
Just trying to brainstorm here, maybe I could add a secret tunnel underneath the Cathedral and expand on the Catacombs or do something for the lighthouse. Any ideas, they are level 4.

Boggards in the Brinestump Marsh is a nice side trek during AP2. You can snag ideas from that or from the list of hinterland rumors and monsters.
What exactly are you looking for? Why not start on AP2 at level 4?

The player's wanted some extra downtime before we started the next adventure, so I'm just throwing in some quick sidequests.
One of our main players is going to be absent so I figured it would be a good time to focus on the histories of the other players. I'm hoping that some of these ideas will mesh with their backgrounds.

What are their backgrounds?
I am at the same point in my campaign. However, I also ran Mad God's Key during Burnt Offerings. The party has bought the old mansion that was used by the Green Daggers and is in the process of setting up the "Sandpoint Frontiersmen Guild". I am currently using Green Ronin's Bleeding Edge Adventures #2: Beyond the Towers. I set the pyramid in the Mushfens and made it another ancient Thassilionian ruin. Brodert hired the fledgling guild due to a shared background with one of the PCs.

Morgrym Torag is a dwarf paladin, ex-hellknight in training, who recently died and was turned into a Frankenstein type monster by Lyrie as she was experimenting with a Thassilonian scroll in Thisteltop, she didn't expect him to retain his memories and knowledge. He came back as a warforged after dying. He is trying to turn Chopper's Isle into a fortress.
Ellris Brandle is the younger aasimir sister of Nualia, they were separated at birth by their parents, whom are both dead at this point. (In my game, Nualia was just possessed by Malfeshnekor, they freed her and currently Ellris' player is using her for a few games, just for a twist.) She's the current obsession of Aldern.
Kyogi is ranger shoanti outcast who is trying to rejoin his people both spiritually and culturally. He was also slain in Thistletop and experiemented on by Lyrie and (possesssed) Nualia, Nualia attempted to summon a demon from the Abyss through his body and ended up bringing them both through, he fights regularly for control of his body. He has developed the power to shape his flesh, bone, and blood into weapons. When he was younger he survived a botched stolen hellknight ritual experiment that left his mind shattered.
Reece is a halfling theif who comes from a long line of ultra proud theives who value the skill of stealing rather than the prize itself, its all about the challenge. Currently the Scarzani are trying to recruit him, but he keeps refusing. They are about to set him up so he will get stuck in jail so maybe he will give in, or maybe he will be able to prove his innocence.
Kynaris is a tiefling sorcerer who's lover is his sister who unbeknownst to him became the target of a noble wizard from Magnimar's devious machinations to "breed" sorcerers. She is under a mental compulsion and he thinks she just betrayed him, he lives his life in a bottle, but has recently found evidence that the noble his lover fell in love with may be some type of powerful enchanter. I re-wrote the 7 so that the noble is one of them.

Thanks for the plug! In case anyone comes looking, that file has been updated here, to comply with the community use policy. The adventure was also converted to Pathfinder RPG, and re-designed into something a little more snazzy.
Edit: Oh yeah, I also changed the end boss from a barbarian-y thing to an oracle with a custom focus.
