Does anyone have a garrison cheat sheet or order of battle for the Hextor garrison in the 3 faces of evil.
Also my PDF talks about "many" cultists in the front coming to the Skeletons aid if they hear combat, but the document doesn't say how "many" many is. They are 1/3 CR each and its an EL 3. Does that mean there are 9 cultists?

I have no Garrison cheet sheet though the adventure does have a sidebar for the Temple's tactics. Their main goal is to lure the PC's into the arena while firing spells and ranged weapons from the balcony above.
Because my battle will not follow those tactics no matter what the circumstance (I am probably running that exact encounter this Friday) I did not create a cheet sheet for it.
I would agree that 9 cultists is right (that is the number I am using). Anything more I think woud be excessive based on the size of their dwelling IMO.

Hey Jay-
In my D&D game I use the Background system from Vampire the Masquerade I also added negative backgrounds as well. One of my players chose the drawback Manchurian Candidate. His Uncle is actually Theldrick who he was seperated from some time ago due to non-relevant background story.
The group traveled to Diamond Lake so did not start there. Once Theldrick realized that his nephew was there he began to manipulate him. The player was dominated with a programmed amnesia type of effect (already included in his background) so Theldrick can program him to do things without him remembering. Theldrick saw the appearance of his nephew and his fodder (the rest of the party) as the will of Hextor (Bane in my FR campaign) and decided to use them to wipe out the rival Temples. This way when the Overgod rises it will be Bane (he is of course sadly mistaken).
Currently the Bainites (Hextorites) are all having a final sermon in the arena. The players meanwhile have cleared out the Temple to Erythnul (Bhaal in my campaign) and are resting before they tackle either Temple to Vecna (Myrkul in my campaign) or Bane.
If they decide to tackle the Bainites first. Since the Bainites will all be in the arena the characters will most likely rush in there (my group is a foolhardy lot) for a mass combat.
If they decide to tackle the Temple of Myrkul they will be following Theldrick's timetable and he will be waiing to ambush them on their way out.
So either way the adventure as written (ie the tactics to draw the PC's into the arena) will be unnecessary as all of the Bainites will be in one place.
It is good that it worked out this way it makes prep easier for me :)

Well Dennis
Disaster struck last night. One of my players was ill and didn't attend. The group decided to move on without him and did the final encounter for the Whispering Carin. The 2 Wind Warriors killed Lew, the female bard :( I know that if the front line fighter with the two handed sword had of been there she wouldn't have died, just when her story started to pick up as well.
She was a half elf and I made the Silver mine Manager her father. He had delivered a masterwork sword to her with his initials on it as a gift. The PCs spoke to her spirit and her last wish was for them to find out who sent her the sword.

I don't use them either, though I know PopNFresh does there is another thread where he states he uses them here in the Age of Worms AP threads. I think he just posted on it yesterday.
I just use Paizo's dry erase maps when running combat encounters though sometimes when I don't have enough room I use nothing at all just plain description or maybe a diagram on paper if the players are confused.
