Hence the new provisional tile:
Star Patrol
Really hope the title doesn't stick. One thing I like about having R&W as a title for the the GW conversion is it definitely makes the game sound completely different or new. Which will help draw in new players as well as us old timers looking for a good retroclone.

This seems like a very worthwhile endeavor, I applaud your efforts. I used to play Metamorphosis Alpha and the first edition of Gamma World -- so this is definitely one of my favorite genres.
I have downloaded the various documents and started slogging through them.
A couple of comments:
1. It seems like a few of the Pathfinder RPG (and in general D&D) classes could be reworked for this era of play without too many changes. I'm not sure of the need for whole new classes (enforcer and scout specifically) to do this, when you could just modify fighter and rogue. If weapons and armor are codified along the same lines as PFRPG then fighter is an easy modification. Remove the more "magical" abilities from rogues and they should fit in pretty easily as well.
2. What is up with the humanoids? Traditional MA and GW had three races: humans, mutated humanoids, and mutated animals. Most mutated animals weren't bipedal humanoids. I'm not sure you need to devote so many entries to 37 flavors of humanoid (including plant-humanoids). Maybe it is just me...but if I want to play a mutated plant...I want to be a plant, not a humanoid with plant-like characteristics! Same goes for mutated animals. If I'm a mutated bear...I don't expect to automatically be what was called a bearoid.
3. You might want to incorporate some sort of rules for technological item complexity rather than allow PCs to take ranks in Computer Use and Electronics. I guess I don't know enough about the setting...but where does one learn about computers in the post-apocalyptic wasteland? Are there still tech schools? Actually it might be interesting to work some sort of "tech worshiping" quasi-cleric class or prestige class.
4. The Mutations and Psionics sections look like they were lifted pretty neatly out of OGL sources...which is fine. As is the gadget system. If not much has changed from old 3.5 psionics you might just want to reference it rather than reprint it.
5. So you have a lot of present day equipment listed...yet your timeline shows another 1000 years have passed till your Current Day. Not sure how many of those items are going to work.
Just some thoughts.
Again this is a huge effort on your part. Kudos to you for that.

While I'm thinking about it has Mike mentioned what his final intentions are for this? I remember him mentioning a supplement that would be a pay product. The reason I'm asking is that I thought about sending the info in for R&W to http://www.darkshire.net/jhkim/rpg/freerpgs/index.html where you can find all kinds of free RPGs available on the web. It would help spread the word about it, unless his final plan was to not have this be free.
