Battlefield presence:
Minor warlord tactic; at first and second level, the warlord picks from among these to know. Once picked this cannot be changed. cannot pick same one more than once.
Battlefield awareness: 4+cha times a day, you can choose to switch your initiative to act first in regular combat.
“get him”: 4+cha/day as a standard action you can allow an ally to attack or cast a single action spell.
“slap patch”: 4+cha/day as a swift action you can touch and ally and heal him 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 per level of damage.
“on your feet”: 4+cha/day as a move action you can allow an ally to immediately stand up without provoking attacks of opportunity.
“once more, with gusto”: 4+cha/day as a swift action you can allow an ally to make a new save against an effect that a save can end, with a bonus equal to your cha mod.
Warlord tactics: as shown on the table, you pick one. You can pick any with uses a day multiple time to gain more uses.
Weapon specialization
Armor training 1
Any other combat feat
Improved awareness : 3/day if you are surprised, can activate to act in surprise round at the end.
Warlord strike: 5/day, standard action. Make an attack, if you hit, target ally can make a free attack against the same target, or take a move action.
Fearsome shout: 3/day, standard action. All enemies within 30ft, save vs. will or be shaken for 1d4 ⇒ 1 rounds. Dc is 10+½ level + cha.
Flanking strike: 5/day, no action, must be flanking. If you hit a flanking ally can make a free attack against the target. Can use more than once a turn, do not have to declare use ahead of time.
Warlords charge: whenever you charge you 1d6 ⇒ 1 extra damage for every 5 levels.
Healing strike: 3/day, standard action. Make an attack, if you hit one ally you can see can make a new save, or heal 1d6/4levels +cha hp.
Advanced tactics: beginning at 10th level the warlord can choose these in place of regular tactics.
Armor training 2: requires armor training 1
Greater weapon focus
Greater weapon specialization: requires greater weapon focus.
Greater awareness: 3/day you act first in a surprise round.
“everyone, get him”: 3/day, standard action, all allies can attack, take a move action, or cast a single action spell. Does not include warlord.
Lion’s roar: whenever you drop a foe, one ally can heal 1d6+cha hp.
“follow me!”: 3/day, swift action, one ally is moved in the initiative to after you.
Supreme tactic: at 20th level you pick one of these.
Overrun him: 1.day you an all allies can charge any enemies. Each ally deals 2d6 ⇒ (2, 2) = 4 if they hit. If at least you and one other ally hit the same enemy, he is stunned for one round.
Press the advantage: 1/day, free action, when you drop a foe, all allies can make a free attack or take a move action.
Fearsome fighting: from now on any successful attack you make leave the target shaken unless it makes a fort save dc 10+½ level +cha.
i'm looking for all feedback, including thoughts on balance issues and names. i tried as hard as i could to keep everything balanced, but my dm wants me o look for feedback. please be kind.

Overall it looks interesting.
Battlefield presence seems to be a bit too big though. It starts out fine, but scales up quite quickly, much faster than other spells or abilities that do similar things. While it might become a more reasonable number once it is split up, when it is just applied to one score, it can make attacks that never miss or never lets the enemy land another attack.
Almost all the Tactics that I see don't list a range. Some of them seem to intend for you to be in touch range of an ally, while others let them be farther away. Say how close you have to be would clear it up.
I would suggest taking out bravery, I think the class would be stronger if it were completely focused on it's own unique abilities rather than describing that it has the same defense as another class (Same for weapon specialization, and armor training). And as this class has a good Will save, he doesn't really need the bravery ability as much as other classes.
There is a lot of different X/day abilities. I'm not sure how good that is, it might make it too hard to track in the end. One option is to have all the abilities to use the points from the "battlefield presence" ability. Or make more of the abilities just once per day, or always available. Either way the character won't have too many numbers to keep track of.
A like a number of the tactics abilities, but this few stand out at the moment that I wish to comment on them.
Battlefield awareness: This is a bit of an odd ability playing with initiative order. It should be available enough to ensure that the character always can go first in any combat. But, and I'm not sure if you meant for it to do this, it looks like one can use it in the middle of combat to move themselves to the top, which can cause some odd things, like if the character is at the bottom of initiative, then they could use this ability to jump to the top and get a second turn immediately. I would suggest replacing this with a static initiative bonus.
“get him:” This is very strong, too strong. Granting an attack is fine, but letting a caster cast another spell in a turn is way too powerful for such a low level ability. I have similar comments about “everyone, get him,” it is higher level, but I think that letting party members cast another spell (with no restrictions on how powerful the spell might be) in a turn several times per day is still too strong at this level. I might think that it is too strong at any level.
“follow me!:" Like battlefield awareness this plays with initiative, making it work oddly. From what I can tell, you would prefer to go after the person, to let them have another turn, even though it could also be used to move up an ally if they happened to go after you. It might be fine, but I'm just not fond of abilities that play with initiative order.
That is it for now. Good luck with this!

thanks for the feedback. i will remove bravery. but im gonna keep the weapon specs, armor training. i intended there to be three clear builds for the class, a selfish, healer, and director build. the weapon spec, and armor training stuff are for the selfish build.
as far as the battlefield presence is concerned i tried to balance/ contrast it to bards inspire courage. i know it gets too high in relation, but it only adds to one thing at a time until you can split it up. i might add in that you have to split it up.
my next idea is to add in a tactics slot per day, similar to spells per day.
is it possible to edit my first post so i dont have to retype it with any changes i might hae?

Hey drowranger80,
You might be interested in the War Master base class we released a couple of weeks ago. It was inspired by the 3.x Marshall and Warlord:
