Herensuge |

Herensuge cast prayer, catching all his fellow dragons and the white in the area of effect.
Everyone is at +1 on all its rolls (attack, damage, saves and skills for the next 8 rounds)
Caster level Check to overcome the white resistance 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27
Edit that should do it

Zarroshduvar |

Reflex save (DC21): 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (1) + 12 = 13
Wow, thank god for Heren's spell, now I have 56 point of prot against ice left.
Raven, did you include Zarrosh's rage bonus for his attack?
If I miss the next round by accident, please have Zarrosh grapple the white, is a small dragon can grapple a large one.

Zarroshduvar |

Zarrosh flies in with his brothers (flanking if possible) and attempts to take a bite out of the big white.
Atk & Dmg: 1d20 + 19 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 19 + 1 = 281d6 + 15 ⇒ (4) + 15 = 19
Please add +2 to atk if flanking.
Did everyone remember to add +1 to atk from haste?
I looked up grapple on pf20srd and did not find anything prohibiting a creature grappling another that is 2 size categories higher (I assume the white is large). It seems that the white simply gets a +2 to its CMD from its size. Am I correct?

hiya Zarrosh!
sorry to do this but i think you were in human form, so it will take a standard action to change to a dragon, you can still move up this round and attack next round
Ungorralin |

Maintain flank and full attack on the white.
Bite 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 10 + 2 = 14, damage 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3, plus sneak attack 4d6 ⇒ (4, 6, 3, 2) = 15
2 claws, #1 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 10 + 2 = 31, damage 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2, plus sneak attack 4d6 ⇒ (1, 1, 3, 5) = 10
#2 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 10 + 2 = 16, damage 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3, plus sneak attack 4d6 ⇒ (2, 4, 6, 3) = 15

Zarroshduvar |

Seeing his brother taking a beating, Zarrosh wants to buy Aurion some time. Snarling a challenge, the little gold dragon tries to grapple the big white.
Grapple: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (14) + 21 = 35
For cinematic effects, u can say that the little gold dragon digs in his claws into the big white's back (assuming he was successful, hehe).

Zarroshduvar |

Herensuge, I wish grappling is just the first of my full attacks. Unfortunately, d20pfsrd said that grappling (both initiating and maintaining) is a standard action. Even with greater grapple (which I have), maintaining is a move action.
Other combat maneuvers, such as trip and disarm, can be substituted for parts of all of a full attack.

Raven34 |
Ugorr misses with all attacks! But!......
(did you include extra to hits from prayer and haste?
what about this...
Weapon Finesse (Combat)
You are trained in using your agility in melee combat, as
opposed to brute strength.
Benefit: With a light weapon, rapier, whip, or spiked
chain made for a creature of your size category, you may
use your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength
modifier on attack rolls. If you carry a shield, its armor
check penalty applies to your attack rolls.
Special: NATURAL WEAPONS are considered light weapons.
and an extra attack from the haste?)
zarrosh fails to grapple!

Raven34 |
new round
Gharz summons 3 lantern archons and Sherren a meduim air elemental
the lanterns get 4 hits for 12 damage
the elemental misses
Sherren does a flamstrike but does not get past SR
Gharz does a mon summon3
Ungorr does hit with a claw attack but he only scratches the white (most of the damage is resisted)

Ungorralin |

Ungorallin will continue to attack, hoping to get the white to notice him, he he.
Bite 1d20 + 16 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 16 + 2 + 1 = 34, damage 1d6 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 + 1 = 6, plus sneak attack 4d6 ⇒ (4, 5, 3, 6) = 18
Claw #1, 1d20 + 16 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 16 + 2 + 1 = 21, damage 1d4 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 + 1 = 4, plus
sneak attack 4d6 ⇒ (2, 2, 4, 2) = 10
Claw #2, 1d20 + 16 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 16 + 2 + 1 = 38, damage 1d4 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 + 1 = 6, plus
sneak attack 4d6 ⇒ (2, 4, 2, 1) = 9
Hasted attack Bite 1d20 + 16 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 16 + 2 + 1 = 23, damage 1d6 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 + 1 = 6, plus sneak attack 4d6 ⇒ (1, 1, 4, 5) = 11

Herensuge |

the white attacks Aurion back, it does a total of 61 damage
31 on Aurion and 30 on herenthe other pcs are up
Heren flies to E31 so that Aurion is within 30 feet and channel healing energy for 4d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 2, 6) = 17. Obviously, the white is excluded.

Zarroshduvar |

Having seen how easily the white threw him off his back, Zarrosh joins in the melee with his brothers (flanking), trying to dent the larger beast with teeth & claws.
Bite atk & dmg: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (20) + 21 = 411d6 + 15 ⇒ (4) + 15 = 19
Hasted Bite atk & dmg: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (17) + 21 = 381d6 + 15 ⇒ (6) + 15 = 21
Claw atk & dmg:1d20 + 21 ⇒ (18) + 21 = 391d4 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13
Claw atk & dmg:1d20 + 21 ⇒ (19) + 21 = 401d4 + 10 ⇒ (1) + 10 = 11
Edit - confirm crit - Bite atk & dmg: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (2) + 21 = 231d6 + 15 ⇒ (3) + 15 = 18
Edit - confirm crit - Claw atk & dmg:1d20 + 21 ⇒ (11) + 21 = 321d4 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13

Raven34 |
another lantern appears (there are now 4)
the lanterns attack with their rays
the elemental also attacks
the white takes some damage
Gharz does a magic missile
and sherren does a targeted dispel
the white seems to shrug off the magic missile
but is looking quite injured
Aurion attacks and hits with two claw attacks (edit forgot to include that aurion does a swift channel energy)
the white is looking close to going over

Zarroshduvar |

Bite atk & dmg: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (14) + 23 = 371d6 + 15 ⇒ (6) + 15 = 21
Hasted bite atk & dmg: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (19) + 23 = 421d6 + 15 ⇒ (1) + 15 = 16
Claw atk & dmg: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (7) + 23 = 301d4 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 14
Claw atk & dmg: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (1) + 23 = 241d4 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 14
I hope that dispel did away with whatever that is blocking my dmg.

Herensuge |

Okay, two different actions depending if the dragon is still alive or not.
If the white is still alive, Herensuge channels healing energy again, excluding the white for 4d6 ⇒ (2, 1, 2, 6) = 11
If he falls to Zarroshduvar, Herensuge takes flight moving to K31 then back to E31. On K31, he casts Holy smite centered on AU31, catching both onis for 10d6 ⇒ (6, 5, 5, 6, 6, 6, 3, 4, 2, 6) = 49 damage
To penetrate Oni resistance 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (17) + 8 = 25

Raven34 |
Zarrosh, the white dies with you first strike so you may still move
(OOC Drumas has a vast library of knowledge on dragons, so essentially you all know a lot about them, when you check up on whites you will discover that older whites have DR V nonmagical weapons, i tell you this now because i will forget later!)
Heren,i can see the flyby attack feat causing me hair loss in the future! you manage to seriously damage both oni
new round (but i will wait for zarrosh's move action)

Herensuge |

Herensuge will take his second action, then, casting holy smite. I forgot to add it is will save DC20 for 1/2 damage, half being fire and half holy fire.
When the dragon dies, Herensuge concentrates on the Oni coming to them. "They seem to be slower than us. That will slow them," he says casting Holy smite on them. see my last post
"Let's just move out of range and breathe on one of them while I finish healing Aurion. Then we can finish them."

Herensuge |

It's an experimental PBP with characters far stronger than usual. It's going to take time for us to adjust to all we can do with them and if at some point things seem too unbalanced, we can always change rules. Anyways, I took the flyby feat to be able to cast or heal on the move. Otherwise I would be a sitting duck anytime Herensuge is casting.

Zarroshduvar |

Ungorr will breathe Slow gas on the Oni. Those in the cone must make a Fortitude save DC 17 or be slowed (as per the spell slow) for 1d6+2 rounds.
I think the Gharz and Sherren get to go first. Where are the Oni on the Init roster?
Zarrosh will take the opportunity to shift into Guarded Stance.

OK Ungorr won't breathe on the Oni, if the are in melee, then. I will hold off on my action until then.

Raven34 |
Ungorr you hear sound of battle from the village, as you investigate you see the villagers attacking and killing off the ogres, the villagers seem quite capable and vastly outnumber the ogres who are in a state of panic
everyone sees three ogres attempting to run out the west gate but they are slowly peppered to death with arrows
what do people want to do now?

Ungorralin |

Ungorr flies over to the rest of the group and says in a jovial tone, "Well, gang, another brilliant plan, flawlessly executed, by the great Ungorr, and his supporting cast! Looks like the villagers are exacting a well deserved case of revenge on their former jailers. Shall we see if they need any assistance from us?"

Herensuge |

Heren swoops down back to the woods and calls for his wayward brothers in draconic.
"Stop it, the villagers have just been terrorized by a dragon and you're going to race over them! Let them fight the ogres themselves, it's good for them to be proud of that moment. It will help them deal with their ordeal."[b]
When he reaches the ground, he turns back into his half-elven form.
[b]"Let's go and get the woman and her baby before entering the village with our humanoid form. Even if they've seen our dragon forms, we should try to limit that. I don't really want too much rumors about half-dragons flying around. If they ask, we'll tell us Bahamut, our god, gave us powers to turn into small dragons for a short time to fight the white."
With that, he stops for the moment and mutters a prayer of thanks for Bahamut. mighty Bahamut, thank you for giving us the strength and courage to defeat our ennemis. Grant us now the wisdom to succeed in our mission..
Moving back to the forest, he looks for the Ella and her baby to escort her back to the village.

Herensuge |

Spoilsport. Ungorr returns to the waiting gaze of Heren and submits a meek bow, as he shift back into his halfling form, before breaking out a grin. "Sorry about that Heren, your wisdom in these affairs outmatches my own", he says in a mocking tone.
That gains Ungorralin a playful slap. "Yes I know, someone has to think before acting here. but you'll find there may be very grateful maidens tonight in the village and you'll be grateful not to have frightened them off."
And with a grin of his own, Heren adds: "and when you're thus busy, I will spend the night looking at all the documents and items the white may have gathered here. I'm sure that will be of no interest to you: bits of paper, coloured stones and yellow metal."
