Selling Glassworks and other questions

Hello to everybody . I'm DMing a ROTR campaign and the group is going smoothly, having defeated Aldern Foxglove/Skinsaw man (but not lifted the curse from the misgivings ) and now is in front of the Gates of Magnimar .

In previous sessions, the group rescued Ameiko , who rented them the family house . Ameiko, the only survivor of the Kaijitsu family , now wants to sell the Glassworks ( closed for the goblin assault who killed all the workers )

What can be a fair price for selling the factory ?

Thr Hellkhnight came to Sandpoint to arrest Tsuto and bring him to Magnimar . Can you suggest some connections to save Tsuto and make show him later in the campaign ?

Orik aided the group but fled after the coming of the Hellknights , fearing arrest . I thought to send him in Turtleback Ferry
Same thing for Lyrie , who joined briefly the group .

The PC's captured Tsuto in my game also.

I saw somewhere else in this forum a sugestion to have Justice Ironbar oversee his trial and rig it so he could free Tsuto and use him in his evil plot. I am thinking of having him show up in Alderns old townhouse hidding out there and plotting Mayor Devrins assasination. A few cultmembers with him and some new magic plus a level or two should make him a good challange.

I agree that having Justice Ironbriar free Tsuto and use him as a pawn is a good idea.
Are your players planning on buying the glassworks? Otherwise, it doesn't really matter what the price is.

Lyrie and Orik showing up in Turtleback Ferry feels like you're reaching a bit. Though I suppose no more than the folks who has the Black Arrows show up in Sandpoint when their base of operations is far, far away and the Black Arrows shun civilization.

Have Orik and Lyrie get caught and when leaving for Turtleback you could have the mayor send some new recruits with the party fresh from the dungeons.
