Night all, off to bed.
Daylight savings ends tonight and so I (supposedly) get an extra hour of sleep. Easter morning is gonna be hectic with the kids though. Both are very excited about the Easter Bunny's visit.

Have fun. :)

Morning everyone.

See ya later, also.

Good morning! There is much to be done on this day off. Much! I shall go make hay while the sun shines.

chineese for lunch, yay

had a fun night last night. Went to the bars to celbrate the belated birthday of my good roommate, but first we went to perkins for dinner. I found out one thing; when put into a group of slightly reserved individuals I take charge and become the outgoing member of the group, fun times fun times.

Woodraven wrote:

Chicken and wild rice soup and chicken sammich w/ lettuce and cheese for lunch.

depends on the season, right now they might actually be putting real cardnials on the pizza

Take a matzoh cracker with a schmear of tomato sauce. Put upon it some sort of topping. Sprinkle with provel cheese. Bake until brown and crispy - about 2 minutes. If it is taller than 3/4", you have migrated to New York style.

That would be one expensive and disappointing pizza.

Happy Easter Flash. Was it a good one? :D

Well, just checking in. Spent the day with hubby's mom. Kids went to an Easter Egg hunt. Had a blast, got some cute pics.
Now off to Lowe's to return the left over tiles and extras. Oh, and to get Easter stuff, since we totally dropped the ball on it. :\

Still early yet, but the kids got up at 5.30am (Daylight Savings ended... supposedly I was meant to get an extra hour sleep) and had fun finding all their eggs.

Cubs are winning post, he he

Time to check PbP games...

I love watching hubby make up the Easter baskets. He is so good at all this Daddy stuff. He wraps the presents, and makes the baskets and all the kid stuff. :D

Repeat after me: Nineteen - Oh - Eight...

You realize there isn't a human being alive on planet Earth who can remember the last time the Cubs won the series? And not many who can remember the last time they were in one ('45)?

Yeah, I was born in Cooperstown, NY.

;)

Cracker crust pizza? That's a win for me as thick dough and deep dish (i.e. Chicago style) is difficult for me to eat nowadays. Will have to keep that in mind. Not even sure there's even St. Louis style around my neck of the woods.

With Woodraven's suggestion, I installed Skype on my laptop this evening. I do have a webcam, but I'll need to look into a microphone. I don't really want a headset. Any good affordable stand-alones anyone can recommend?
