Dear Customer Service,

My old nickname on your forums was The Last Rogue. My email was [e-mail] --> This e-mail is now defunct, and I can no longer access my old account here. What can I do to fix this? I have a variety of downloads I would like to access.

I'm not official, but my guess is you best contact them per email so you can continue this in a more private environment.

I guess that if this could happen, you would have to answer some questions about your private data so they can verify you're you.

For some reason,I remember that most of the issues were handled on the forums . . . but you make obvious points, and I see the e-mail address at the bottom of the screen ... haste got the better of me.
