I'm off to a convention on Wednesday, so I probably won't be able to post from then until Monday. If the wireless access has improved since last year then I might be able to get in a few posts, but I can't guarantee it.
The current combat should be over by Wednesday, so it'll a pretty convenient place for a break.

Hmmm, as far as low-light vision is concerned, I have a different interpretation. It says, "Characters with low-light vision can see outdoors on a moonlit night as well as they can during the day." (i.e. no modifiers to range for dim light) However, I definitely understand where your viewpoint comes from since the previous paragraph is somewhat poorly worded. Based off how it used to work in 3.5, I would have to say that their intent was to have it double the range of the dim light area and make it clear as day for those with low-light vision. Not terribly clear but only way I can seem to make sense of it.

In the Vision and Light section, it says:
"Characters with low-light vision (elves, gnomes, and half-elves) can see objects twice as far away as the given radius. Double the effective radius of bright light, normal light, and dim light for such characters."
Which implies to me that dim light still has some impact on creatures with low-light vision, but I forgot to double the normal light first so it turns out that it's just about inside the normal light for elves anyway.

Interesting. Look under low-light in the appendices. It's a little different description. The definition you gave from the Vision and Light section is how I have always run it but trying to adapt to the Pathfinder system. All cleared up now, thanks.

Don't worry, it's a new system, and the fact some things are the same while others have changed can make it even more difficult to figure out. I see what you mean with the description of low-light vision on a moon-lit night, it really could be explained better.

Pathfinder # 12312-1
Am I going to be running the next game? Speak now or hold your peace.
If so, could everyone please state:
Are you going to continue with the group? Y/N
Which modules have you played?
Do you have a preference for the next module selected?
Do you want to recruit another player or stick with the current(reduced) group?

Yeah, sorry. Character #3. 2124-3.
Are you going to continue with the group? Yes
Which modules have you played? The only scenario I have played is the one we just went through so really anything works for me.
Do you have a preference for the next module selected? No
Do you want to recruit another player or stick with the current(reduced) group? I think it's important the we do. There were many places that last chapter could have gone very badly. Luckily we were working very well together. Probably want to recruit a stealth character since we are losing both for the next scenario.
P.S. I haven't read or run any of the scenarios but am perfectly willing to run one down the road.

Okay, I've got Panda40's and Mike's email addresses, please could I get one from everyone else, so I can send you the chronicle sheets? You can either post them here, or send me an email at my username [at] hotmail [dot] com

Well, I really screwed the pooch on that ad. I meant to post it as a first come first serve (in according with the ideal of PFS), but wrote it too early in the morning and failed to do so. Now we have 3-4 applicants for the rogue position.
I think I'll put it up to a group vote? Or do you guys just want me to suck it up and pick?

...the deadline in your post?
Yeah, I think that was the problem. FYI for those who want to look, here is the link.

+455 gp! woot! I'm gonna buy me a MW Composite Longbow! (sold longbow +50, bought MW Composite(+1) Longbow -500 gp)
Also, I'll pitch in 50 for poor Olo(my earnings from all the speechery) if he wants it, or unless he's going to use a P.A. point.
>.< the site is so slow today!
AKA Olo (Panda40 is my main avie.)
Nah - that's cool...I plan to pay for it myself, luck of the draw and all that. But thanks! I appreciate the gesture.
