Greetings,
I am running a D&D campaign on the third Saturday of each month at The Compleat Strategist in New York City.
I am looking for new players to recruit to join our group.
The World
The campaign setting is my old homebrew world that I am running for more than 25 years.
Along all that time, it evolved into a richly detailed campaign setting.
The world is composed of several kingdoms, each with specific people and culture, deeply rooted into its civilization, history and religion.
The campaign is semi-historical, many kingdoms having a flair of Earth’s history, such as Celtic, Egyptian, Greco-Roman, Indian or Viking civilizations, but some other realms are specific.
Deeply immersed in these cultures, the world is full of legends, and can be high-magic or low-magic at the same time.
The Rules
The system I use is 3.5, revisited with a bunch of houserules, developed along the years.
These houserules cover many aspects of the game, such as the races, classes, skills, feats, combat, magic, psionic and many other details.
But the point is that they were designed to work together, as a general concept, fitting the gaming style specific to the world and my game mastery.
Some players might find some surprising similarities with Pathfinder, although many things are different and unique.
Communication
Beyond game sessions, I am encouraging communication between the players and the DM, whether it is to talk about characters, advance some adventures in play by post, roleplay or whatever related to the game or not.
In that sense, i usually use forums with my players.
I also like to provide them with some newsletters, handouts and guides, destined to enrich the game experience and the immersion.
I consider game mastery a full time job, so any player is welcome to contact me at any time through e-mail or forums for any question or character development.
About Me
I happen to be french. Sorry for that ;) Not that it matters, but it's worth mentioning in case you would notice some weird grammar or syntax mistakes.
If some people are interested, I can get into details about the campaign setting or the houserules.
I am only interested in dedicated players, who will commit to the campaign and immerse themselves as much as I do as a DM.
In the hope to have some comments and candidates,
Take care.

Thank you for the suggestion Yellowdingo.
Publishing my campaign setting and my houserules is honestly something i considered many times, especially since 3rd edition as i refined my books.
But that would be a lot of work, as i would have to remove all the non OGL material.
As long it's private and non-commercial, i don't have to worry about this things, although i am very respectful of copyrights and licenses.
