So I'm trying to figure something out, figured I post it here too since it's a big community.
Lately the thumbnails/icons of files on my have slowly been modified. I can't tell if it's a windows vista thing or a nortons 360 thing. The reason I suspect them is simple, the vista service pack and the updated to the new version of norton 360 are the only 2 things I've done to my pc (besides install Aion.. video game.)
So I'm suspecting it's them but can't find anything from either microsoft or symantec about it.
Basically, what I'm looking at is a BLUE square box appearing in the left corner of a lot of files with a while >> inside the square.
Access dates, creation dates, and modification dates haven't been altered. So I'm thinking it's maybe a Windows Indexing thing? Let me know.
Edit: Here's the weird symbol.. http://yfrog.com/0qn8dj

Those files have been identified to be backed up by Symantec. Do you run Symantec's 360 product?
