Looking For Suggestions on a Monster Class

Ever since the Planescape setting, I have been fond of the Slaadi. I want to incorporate them as NPCs that scale with the PCs, or possibly as a viable PC option. I know they have a level adjustment, but I would like to see them used at low levels as well. Not sure what else to do, I took a stab at creating a monster class.

I generated this class using the creature as presented in the 3.5 monster manual, and the class progression suggestions from Savage Species. I know SS is a v3.0 book, and that there is some criticism regarding monster classes being less desirable than core race/class combos. I am just curious if this class looks relatively balanced in comparison to traditional options. Any comments/suggestions are welcome.

Resistances: Acid, Cold, Electricity, Fire. 1 at 2nd, 2 at 5th, 3 at 6th, 4 at 9th, and 5 at 10th.
Lesser Slaad Powers: Hold Person, Passwall, Telekenesis. 1/day at 3rd, 3/day at 7th, and at will at 11th. Save DCs are Cha-based.
Slaad Fever: Supernatural Disease. Incubation 1 day. Save DCs are Con-based. Damage is 1 Dex/1 Cha at 4th, 1d2 Dex/1d2 Cha at 8th, and 1d3 Dex/1d3 Cha at 14th. Victims reduced to 0 Cha from Slaad Fever become Red Slaad.
Summon Slaad: 1/day, the character can summon another Blue Slaad with 40% chance of success.
Greater Slaad Powers: Chaos Hammer 1/day at 13th.

You don't need the x4 skills at 1st level. PF uses a +3 bonus to class skills instead.
