Dragon Shaman
** spoiler omitted **...
Good job for the auras and for keeping the basic mechanics of the class unchanged !
However, I believe that the draconic focus aura would outshine the draconic power aura, because, with the new power attack and deadly shot feats, you can convert a +Y bonus on attack rolls into a +2Y or +3Y bonus on damage rolls, which is better than a flat +Y on damage rolls (and it would become very deadly if combined with inspire courage, assuming that those two would stack).
Also, I don't understand why you are converting the 1d10hp/lvl into a 1d8hp/lvl only to give bonus hp to the class with draconis toughness afterward. Since charisma and constitution are the two Dragon Shaman's main stats, it's almost like if you're giving him 1d12hp/lvl. So we end up with a class with a lot of hp that is not a very potent frontline fighter because of the 3/4 BAB progression. He cannot even buff himself in combat as much as the cleric, because he lacks the self-only spells like divine power and righteous might.
By giving him draconic toughness and some bonus feats, you're acknowledging that you believe that the Dragon Shaman from the PH2 is not strong enough to keep up with the Pathfinder's core classes. If it's true (I don't have the anwser since I didn't tried it yet) then giving him full BAB progression and 1d10hp/level would be a easier (and faster) way to convert him to pathfinder.
I must say that those kind of classes (aura support) are trickier to balance than ''selfish'' classes like barbarian or rogue, because you can't really compare them in term of DPS. In fact, the best guideline for balancing the Dragon Shaman would be the bard or the paladin.
Anyway, I'll know soon enough if this class is balanced since one of my players is starting to play a Dragon Shaman in the next session. If my version doesn't work out, I'll glady try your's ! :)
