I was contemplating some druid flavor feats now that the final version is out, and I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts regarding converting LoM's Aberration Wild Shape to the new rules. Draconic Wild Shape could be worked out pretty easily via Form of the Dragon, but how would you guys make shifting into aberrations interesting and useful without being overpowered compared to the rest of the current WS options?

Off the top of my head, I'd have an aberration wild shape (or spell) work similarly to how magical beasts do compared to animals, except bump the spell level effect up by 1. Therefore, to become a medium or small aberration, it would be equivilent to a 6th level spell, and a tiny or large one would be a 7th level spell.
It would take some work to figure out what special abilities to grant, since aberrations have so many more variety there than animals or magical beasts. You could start with what the existing spells at those levels grant and make a judgement call on others as they come up.
