Wait ... What are the other guys doing?
I want this thread to be about Pathfinder GenCon news.. but since I said something, I will allude to it.
The topic of this thread was confirmed by EnWorld
Having said that, if you want to discuss it, please post it in the 4E section. Please? Thanks!

Erik, Vic, and Lisa..
You may find it disconcerting that I'm posting from the grave. Don't be alarmed.
These young people deserve some Gen Con news. Surely you can't let a whole day pass without updating the boards or your Blog with a meaningful bit of news?
Not all of these folks can afford Gen Con, bless their hearts.

Well, I may not be staff, but I can say so far Pathfinder Society is rocking. So far I have run three sessions and one character building session and every one seems to really be having a really good time.
Rooms are full. A lot of people who see the game master's badge have been telling me how much the love the book and how Paizo must be proud of the hard work they have have put into the new books.
I cannot tell you just how off the hook the line was just to get the RPG book on Thursday. Many of the people carting away more than one. The dealer hall her at the con is always very busy, but it was insane all day long.
Buglyman was running games next to me, Lillith has been helping Josh with the mustering of players, and I have managed to bump into a few other board members as well. That's a very cool thing.
The Reaper miniatures for Pathfinder look fantastic. I can't paint to save my life, but I want so sooooo bad.
If you folks can't make it out this year, seriously think about next year. This is some seriously good gaming.

You wanna some news?
Ok, I can maybe help out some.
At the Pathfinder AP Q&A today James announced the tentative name for the seventh adventure path, set to launch at GenCon2010 after Kingmaker..."The Serpent's Skull." The few bits of info he gave were that it would begin along the western coast of Garund, in Sargava or Port Peril or one of the other bastions of "civilization" on the edge of the wilderness and would involve a race by various factions like the Pathfinders, Aspis Consortium, Red Mantis, etc. to get into the heart of the Mwangi Expanse and find the ruins of an ancient city. PCs would be members of one faction and compete with the rest to get to the final goal. Oh yeah, it'll also include a bunch of stuff on serpentfolk.
The RPG announcements should come tomorrow.
Paizo also won 6 ENnies tonight, including four golds and two silvers:
Gold: Best Setting, Best Adventure, Best Cartography, Best Minis Product
Silver: Best Cover Art, Best Publisher

Excuse me, I think I need to wipe the drool off of my face.

As a relative Paizo newb, and Gen Con virgin, who just got home from spending Thurs and Fri at the Con I can tell you - IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!
Got a Con VIG Companion badge, thx to one of our messageboard friends. (Thanks again!)
Picked up a new book on the floor, since my mailman decided to drag his feet delivering my pre-order. And got autographs and a chance to kibitz face-to-face with the Paizo team. Behind those quality products are some seriously quality people. Cannot emphasize that enough!
Played in 2 Pathfinder Society scenarios. Got hooked. Big surprise there, [/snark] with the EXCELLENT job done by all. (Note to all - pre-register)
Sat in on the Society Q&A. Got hooked some more.
Lots of positive buzz about Paizo whenever someone spotted the loot I pillaged from the dealer floor. I successfully defended said loot.
First Gen Con - OUT OF THIS WORLD!

oops, Around May Bestiary 2. GENCON 2010, adv. phb. big news is APHB will be an OPEN PLAYTEST! (on iPhone, so forgive typing)
Ummmmm... Awesome!
However, as mentioned above, are those the four classes for sure? Not exactly sure what I was expecting but it just sort of fell flat. Not that I don't mind new classes, but I was just expecting a bigger announcement.
Unless you're just not doing it justice . :P

Awww.. I was really hoping for Psionics.
This sounds cool though. Open Playtesting is awesome.
Cavalier is cool and somewhat expected.
Summoner is a surprise, but as a long time Final Fantasy fan I look forward to seeing it.
Alchemist. Hrm... Well see.
And Oracle? Wonder what they have in mind for that one.
Any date on the playtest availability?
