So after nearly a year, I've finally managed to convince half my gaming group to give 4th ed a try. I am going to be running them through the Scales of War Adventure Path. I was just wondering if those who've already begun running it had any advice. As for my game details. There are 3 players, 2 strikers and a defender we may get a 4th before the start of our first game session on Tuesday. I am restricting things to the PHB only as I only own the core 3 books. I've already adjusted the wealth and encounters to suit 3 players and I gotta say I LOVE how easy and quick it was to make adjustments to the adventure.

I'm currently running the AP, we are about to finish The Temple Between, and it definitely gets better as you go. A great resource for the AP is this wiki, one that I wish I had seen (and been out) before I started. The wiki does a good job of letting you tie the adventures togather better.
I would definitely have somebody either play a leader (or have someone play an npc leader in addition to their character). Also, there are a few solo encounters you'll need to be careful of running against a party with less than 5.
Good Gaming

Thanks for the link to that wiki! That will help out loads, I had read before that the adventures weren't tied together too well.
