You see the first break in the composure that Master Kraalim has always projected as a shadow crosses his features.

"There is only one Jedi I know that could perform Battle Meditation on that scale. I know of none of the Sith who can. I have a bad feeling about this."

Male Selkath Jedi 2 (XP: 1342)

Klonsa deactivates his lightsaber upon hearing that the droid is not with the Sith. He turns to Master Kraalim, seeing the darkened expression upon Kraalim's face, worry creeps into his voice.

Basic: Who is this person you know of Master?

For GM

For Klonsa:

Spoiler:
Klonsa also felt the disturbance. It was hard for him to pinpoint exactly what was going on, but you felt a powerful Force user that managed to manipulate the Force on a system wide scale.

You probably picked up other details from Christy and Master Kraalim's comments, however.

Master Kraalim looks at you and shakes his head.

"I have suspicions . . . but I'll not disparage a good Jedi's reputation based on my fears. To do so is to betray my trust in the Living Force."

For HK-22:

Spoiler:
HK-22 doesn't seem to pick up anything useful at that point in time.

The droid temporarily forgotten, Remar frantically begins looking for somewhere he can sit down and strap in, or at least some netting or a nice sturdy support beam to grab ahold of. "I can not be absssolutely sssertain what isss about to happen," he says, to no one in particular, "but I would advissse everyone to brassse themssselvesss."

Master Kraalim listens to Remar, and sees the urgency with which he seems to be buckling himself in, and he turns back to the others,

"It appears we may have much more immediate problems, so it would likely be prudent to brace ourselves, as our friend has indicated."

Master Kraalim grabs some of the cargo netting and wraps it around his arm and leg, braced against the wall.

The sickly, lurching whine of the engines building begins to fill the entire ship, drowning out all other sounds, and the ship lurches forward almost as if the inertial dampers have given out, if only a brief moment.

The ship lunges forward, and a split second later, you feel a tremendous crash, though this crash doesn't seem to stop your forward momentum, but only serves as a very rough barrier as you continue forward.

Female Twilek (Lethan) Jedi 2

Dryly amused by the entrance of the droid and his(?) overeagerness, she's distracted from her thoughts by strange sensations in the Force.

Use the Force (1d20+6=7)

Though, it's probably just some exhaust fumes.

What does get her attention is the sudden jolt the ship takes, forcing her to lurch left and then right, grabbing onto whatever's solid on the hull to brace herself.

Male Ithorian Noble 1

Ceelell nods quickly to Remar, hurrying to buckle in as well. "I suspect our engines our suffering a failure. Perhaps a blast has made it past our shields. Worry not, our captain is excellent. To take some fire was expect."

He glances towards Christy at her words and then looks at the droid, noticing his excitement. "This goes for all republic and jedi forces. Our target are the sith and their allies."

HK-22 moves to a spot where he can grab something solid to hold on to. He slings his rifle over his shoulder, but is clearly excited by the prospect of violence...

Spoken matter of factly: "It is worse than that Ithorian." Danguard grips his silver handled lightsaber tightly and continues. "The Hyperdrive is badly damaged as well as extensive damage to the control circuits. The Shields are badly deteriorated, and there is serious hull damage. Chances are we may go EV rather than a pressurized disembarkation. Prepare yourselves."

He pauses to sheath his saber into a hidden wrist sheath and stands in a wide stance and pull shis hood low over his face and crosses his arms, breaking his silence for a moment to add:

"Take everything you need with you now, I highly doubt you will get a chance to recover it later."

"If my guessss isss correct," Remar muses aloud, after the ship is through jolting about, "all your combat preparashhionsss may be for naught. I Ssstrongly sssussspect that the shhip'sss hyperdrive wasss jussst activated. Wherever we are, it isss mossst likely not the Ssstar Forge, if we're even anywhere near Rakata Prime." As he finishes unbuckling, he approaches the ship's intercom and presses the button for the cockpit. "Captain, could you kindly provide the shhip'sss presssent location?"

Female Jedi 1 / Soldier 1

Concerned: "Captain?" Christy grabs some crash webbing and secures herself.

Male Selkath Jedi 2 (XP: 1342)

Picking himself up off the floor, Klonsa looks to Remar.

"What!? Can we get back?"

Feeling a rush of anger at being denied the chance to get revenge against the Sith for all they had done to his people, Klonsa stares at the intercom waiting for a response from the captain.

The ship no longer feels as if its lunging through space without any friction, and you feel a surge as if he ship may now be back into realspace.

Everyone is tightly wrapped in their safety webbing and straps, except for Danguard, who is standing resolute on the floor, as if completely unaffected by gravity or inertia.

The captain fails to answer any calls to the command cabin, and just as you all feel as if the jostling and lurching is over, a multitude of jarring hits seem to strike the ship's hull from multiple directions.

You hear the dangerous hiss of atmosphere leaking out of the ship.

Master Kraalim, who has had his eyes closed serenely and has been breathing steadily since the crisis began, as if meditating, suddenly opens his eyes.

"I have foreseen difficulty ahead. You must trust me if you are all to survive."

He begins to lightly touch each living member of the party.

After doing so, he once again closes his eyes.

Shortly thereafter, a massive ionization effect seems to strike the whole ship. Sparks fly, and nothing electrical, from weapon, to comm system, to droid, is spared from its wrath.

After this, you all feel the ship sharply angle, and begin to plummet, as if in a gravity well of some kind.

Just before the universe goes black and silent, the last thing any of you hear is the voice of Jedi Master Kraalim, chanting.

" . . . there is no death, there is only the Force."

Female Twilek (Lethan) Jedi 2

In the midst of the jarring and impacts against the Hull, Aruuna curses in her native tongue, before speaking openly to the group gathered in the hold.

'I've got a bad feeling about this..'

For everyone:

Spoiler:
If you want to post what you said in the last moments before everything went black, feel free. If you would, go ahead and post in the discussion thread once you've read this, if you aren't going to make any last second comments before the big black out.

Thanks all.

Male Ithorian Noble 1

When the jostling stops, Ceelell quickly frees himself from his harness and looks to the others to ensure everyone is unharmed. The hissing of atmosphere is certainly a very bad sign, there is a breach somewhere. The ship being ionized is something he is less sure about being just bad or worse, likely if it is taken out that way we are getting tractored in and that will at least save us from decompression. Hopefully.

As all these thoughts race through his head the elder jedi approaches with his proposal. Ceelall isn't quite sure what to make of this, as he has always trusted things that are provable or tactile to that of the force. But he does trust in the life energies of the world, just as many of his people do, and it is thought that may be the force that these jedi tap into. In any case, he trusts this man.

"Yes, Master Kraalim. We will do what we must."

As the ship's status goes from bad to worse, remar has time for two thoughts. First, he hopes that the ion blast didn't cause any permanent damage to his equipment. Secondly he chides himself for unstrapping before the ship set down somewhere. A third thought begins to percolate, but doesn't have time to form before everything goes black.

It seems as if it has been dark and quiet for an eternity. Slowly, each of you are aware of a dull light filtering into your world. Some trailing light from cracks in the hull, and a soft glow from inside the compartment you are in.

For Aruuna and Christy:

Spoiler:
You see the following glowing humanoid standing in the center of the hold:

The Person in the Room

For the rest of the party:

Spoiler:
The source of the soft glow appears to be a creature that looks like this:

Creature in the Room

For HK-22:

Spoiler:
Your internal chronometer is registering that you have been inactive for 300 years.

For Dangaurd:

Spoiler:
You automatically know that it has been 300 years since you were active, unless something is wrong with you.

Female Twilek (Lethan) Jedi 2

Aruuna shudders, shaking her head to clear the fog from her mind, quickly checking herself over for any obvious sign of injury. Looking around the cabin, she gets quite alarmed at the sight of light pouring through cracks in the hull, though her concern at that is quickly mollified by the realisation she's not dead.

It is only then that she notices the angelic visage standing in the centre of the hold, her appearance catching and then holding her gaze. Seeing no hostile intent from her (though in truth, she wouldn't notice if there was), she pushes herself off from the side of the hull with a little grimace, and approaches the creature, making sure to show no hostile intent herself.

'Um.. Hello. Who are you?'

"I'm glad you woke up. I was beginning to wonder if anything could wake you."

The voice is spoken in beautiful, melodic tones, and you can almost hear it in your thoughts as well.

"I've tried a few times before, but you all looked so peaceful. I was afraid you would end up like the others."

Female Jedi 1 / Soldier 1

"Where are we? we...fell asleep?"

Directing her next question at the humanoid spirit. "Are you, a force ghost?"

Danguard speaks with some emotion for once:
basic: "The hull..it's cracked, how are we not dead, or vented into space? I had a feeling the ship would crack open, but not being EV is a surprise."

Looking around, I check to see if everyone is still here.

'We were asleep? For how long?.. And what others?'

Aruuna looks down at her clothing and brushes the fine layer of dust off from them, then looks around at the rest of the hold to see who else, other then Christy, is awake.

"I believe that the other one that was with you kept you from passing beyond. I would have liked to have met him, but he started to expire before you ship had crashed."

"My people have been called Angels by those that have survived and made it to the planet below. The moons are a bit more dangerous, depending on your point of view."

Uzzy wrote:

"Time is . . . a difficult concept for my people. It moves forward, we know that. And it has moved forward for you for quite some time."

Checking the master Jedi for a pulse I repeat his last words.
"There is no death, there is the force." Danguard returns to his familiar silence and waits.

Once Danguard crosses over to check on Master Kraalim, you see there is nothing in his robes at all, only his clothing, robes, and lightsaber.

Aruuna ponders this response for a moment, then checks the one piece of technology she wears, her holo comlink, to see if its chronometer is saying anything, or if it even still works (which by itself would give, hopefully, some rough indication of how much time might have passed)

While she's doing that, she shakes her head again.

'Forgive our rudeness. We've not even exchanged names. I am Aruuna Irdrall, Jedi.'

"I am pleased to meet you after watching over you for so long. You may call me Lucen."

I will pick up the lightsaber and clip it to my belt, for safekeeping, then check to make sure the reporter and the droid are alive and functional.

Basic: "Are you feeling OK Aruuna, Christy?"
Do I see the creature as well?

Male Selkath Jedi 2 (XP: 1342)

Klonsa opens his eyes hearing the voices of those around him. Slowly he pushes himself to his feet, placing his hand on the side of his head.

Basic: "Uhhh, it feels like I was swimming near the Kolto for too long..."

His gaze then wanders towards the being of light before him. Instantly all other thoughts flee from his mind and he stares in wonder at the beautiful being before him.

For Aruuna:

Spoiler:

The comlink doesn't seem to be malfunctioning. Its covered in dust, and for some reason it doesn't seem to be connecting to the Republic uplinks, but the actual Chronometer seems to be working.

At a glance, it shows that its been about 300 years since you last looked at it.

For Danguard:

Spoiler:
You see her, but she doesn't appear to be the beautiful humanoid that Aruuna and Christy seem to see her as. She is still beautiful in her own way, and glows softly with golden light.

"Oh." finally seeing the ghost like creature.

Lucen looks at Klonsa.

"Hooray! The bubbly one is awake. You made such fun noises in your sleep."

For Klonsa:

Spoiler:
Your skin is painfully dry, but it seems like it has stopped short of fully starting to deteriorate.

While Aruuna is looking at her chronometer, Lucen reaches out to touch her lekku briefly.

For Aruuna:

Spoiler:
The briefest touch to your lekku nearly sends you into sensory overload, and Lucen jumps back a bit after she does this.

Female Twilek (Lethan) Jedi 2

'Well met, Lucen. Where are we, exactly?'

After checking her comlink, she turns to her companions, speaking to them. 'I don't suppose any of you have any methods of keeping time? Chronometers or other technology? My comlink is saying it's been 300 years since.. well, we last were talking, but that seems quite impo...'

Her sentence is interrupted by the touch to her Lekku, causing her to scream in sudden pain, staggering back from Lucen, cursing in her native tongue.

For Aruuna:

Spoiler:
The experience was surprising and overwhelming . . . but not exactly painful. Unsolicited, most certainly. Probably a bit scary, but it stimulated the . . . um . . . good nerve endings in the lekku, just way too much.

Female Jedi 1 / Soldier 1

"Is the captain..." She lets the question hang.

Christy Gamble wrote:

"You mean the ones in the front of the machine? They were like the powerful man back here with you, but they didn't disappear, though they have . . . crumbled? over time."

"Three Hundred? Yes, It would seem so."

"What of Revan, the Starforge? Do you know of these things Lucen?"

Remar, quite frankly, can not believe what he is seeing. He's heard spacers tell stories of angels on the lanes, but he'd always dismissed them as myth. Fascinating...

Not wanting to contemplate what this meant for his other deeply-held beliefs, the Khil instead focused on something he could more readily identify with. He moved to where the droid was, and started checking its structural and functional integrity.

At Aruuna's query regarding the time, Remar recalls that he has not checked his Datapad since the ion blast. Pulling it out of one of his bags, he powers it on and immediately checks on the date.

For Remar:

Spoiler:
Any automatic uplinks to the Republic's networks is not functioning, but the device seems to be working other than the uplink, and the chronometer does indeed indicate that it has been about 300 years since you turned the device on.

Male Selkath Jedi 2 (XP: 1342)

Suddenly realizing how painful it is to move Klonsa glances at his skin a look of alarm coming upon his face.

"Is there any water near... wait 300 years?! How is this possible!?"

Female Twilek (Lethan) Jedi 2

Aruuna recomposes herself after that, taking a few deep breaths.

'It is.. alright. Just a surprise. Certainly woke me up though. They are rather sensitive, as I'm sure you just discovered. They house part of our brain, so try not to touch them again, alright?'

Giving him a light smile, mentally wondering exactly which part of the Galaxy they are in, given that he doesn't seem to know about Twi'leks.

"Hmm." Remar's brow creases, and he taps the datapad experimentaly with his finger. When that doesn't work he knocks it, rather urgently, against his palm, then stares at it in consternation. "Blasssted ion weaponsss. I am not getting an uplink sssignal. In addishhion, the devissse isss alssso shhowing that three hundred yearsss have passssed. Even assssuming all of our electronic devisssesss were affected by the ion blassst, it isss highly improbable that they would all be affected in exssactly the sssame manner. Male Ithorian Noble 1

Ceelall shakes his head slowly as he wakes up. He looks at the strange creature and listens to the others talking, trying to determine just what it is that they are dealing with. He knows there are ways that could throw off the chonometers, maybe magnetics or something, but he checks his as well just to be sure.

I figured that might be a Knowledge(life sciences)? Life Sciences (1d20+13=17)

Ok, if I keep rolling like that for my knowledges, I can see why my character would fetch the coffee for the guy who fetches the coffee.

"Time may be different for you, but this is much further then most of our natural lifespans. If we were..." he considers for a moment, trying to piece together how this could have happened. "Hybernating. Perhaps placed in a stasis so that our organs were not in use, we could survive longer. But I did not know that even the jedi had such power over others."
