Question: Is there an Osirioni racial group, or not? The entry in the PCS makes it seems as if there is.

If not, and your character is from there are you basically either Garundi or Keleshite?

You got it, those are the two main human racial groups. As near as I can tell, the original Osirioni people are Garundi, the Keleshites arrived during the Kelishite migration.
