I noticed the name in the cover art, is it relevant to the module, an in joke, or what?
Not sure. My own theory is that the woman came out to the graveyard to put flowers on her husband Roger's grave, and RARRRGH he bursts up out of the grave to kill his wife. But there's no way to get that across in art, really, so we just let the artist pick the name, if I recall correctly. The name might have some meaning to him, or it might not.
