Hmmm, it does seem to be returning to form after what I thought was a distinctly average season 6.

I love the show, but you're right--they set the bar pretty high early on, and Series 6 was less than.

Adam's death was right on, though, and I think Lucas has some significant story-potential.

Series 7 is long done, and London was not atomized. Overall, not as spectacular a series/season as I had hoped, and I feel cheated a couple episodes (8 this time instead of 10), though this is still one of my absolute favorite shows. Series 8 is scheduled to start filming this Spring, and air near the end of the year. Very disappointed with Connie's treachery, but Gemma Jones did a bang-up job; I think she's as good as Peter Firth, if not better.
