Imagine for a moment that every day, when you awaken, the first thing you feel is the heartbeat of the world around you. Imagine that each day, as you go about your tasks, you feel the ebb and flow of the very elements. Imagine that the most common elements of the world are not just ingrained into your very being, but are also yours to command and to bend to your will.
The article also contains six new Heroic Feats for your genasi:
Genasi Fire Affinity, Earthshock Master, Genasi, Fast Manifestation, Firepulse Master, Genasi Frost Affinity and Primordial Surge

I have to wait until the end of the month to train out my Living Forgotten Realms Swordmage Genasi's Sure Climber feat for Earthshock Master. Until then, the feat is just sitting there on the article, taunting me.

This is the article I've been waiting for. My only complaint is that, because genasi play such a significant part in the 4.0 FR, some of this material should have been in the Campaign Setting, particularly the monster stats of the genasi. Regardless, I still appreciate that I have some info on them now.

It will be interesting to see how much of that ends up in the players guide. My hope is that the two books combined will be a truly complementary set.

I have to imagine that none of the crunch from the article will be in the Player's Guide. I can't see them publishing some things in an online article (touted as its own product) only to have it published in the Player's Guide that same month. For preview material published many months in advance this makes sense, but not for things that go live in the same month.
