OK, I'm a couple of sessions away from playing City of Broken Idols, and whilst I was read forward to get the feel for the campaign I noticed the following statement (p57; Dungeon 145):
"If the players ask about Bulgan..."
OK, it explains who Bulgan is, but where else does he come up, and how would the PCs know about him to ask about him?
If someone can point me in the direction of where he is noted for the first time, it would be appreciated.

Spoilers Below:
On the next page, in the last paragraph of Noltus' letter to Vesserin Catherly, Noltus refers to Bulgan's constant companionship, but doesn't say that Bulgan is a dog. If the PCs read the letter and wonder who Bulgan is, Vesserin or Jakara can tell them that Bulgan is a dog. That way, when the PCs encounter Onailati disguised as Noltus, they (hopefully) won't be suspicious when the Julajimus disguised as Bulgan runs up to them.
Hope that helps!
