I'm really disapointed by the way that they do the results on America's Got Talent. If five people move on, it should be the top five vote getters, not the top four vote getters and the sixth place vote getter because the judge's liked them better. Elite should have moved on to the top 20 rather than the James Gang, because she got more votes.

I agree. As they paired up the acts and told them that "one of you is staying, and one of you is going home...", the only one I didn't get right was the last one. I must say I don't agree with the judges on that one. James' Gang was good, different, and I actually liked them. But Elite was way better in presentation and overall entertainment in her last performance. We can only hope that the kid doesn't give up on her passion and comes back next year.
