Liberty's Edge

Stephen King’s ‘N.’ is an amazing animated graphic tale taken from his upcoming collection Just After Sunset. You can watch the episodes on YouTube, at King’s website, buy them for $4 from iTunes and others; you can also purchase a limited run of the collection which includes a DVD of the show.

Very well-done animation, very good voice acting, very engaging story.

Bonus points to whomever can list the four Lovecraft Circle short stories (or the three authors) from which King liberally borrowed in writing this story.

I just finished episode 11, and realized that my room is set up in a circle. Then I walked around my quarters (four rooms) and discovered that everything I have is arranged in a circular fashion with the single exception of books on the bookshelf--yet the bookcases are cocked in the corners of the room, forming a circle. Everywhere I look, I’ve subconsciously arranged anything marginally arrangeable into a circular form. Very creepy after watching this series...

I can only see the first seven...that's bad.

No-one else has seen this series yet?

This was my first time. Thanks for the linkie.

Hey. I meant to thank you, Andrew. This is awesome! And I meant that I could only see seven and that would be bad in the sense of the story (seven=bad)?

Liberty's Edge

Six is a fix, eight is great, ten is in--seven, man, seven is bad, very--very--bad...

Episodes 1-20 are now available. Totally awesome show. Cthun!

Wow, I hadn't heard a thing about this. I'll have to check them out tonight, but based on only what I've read so far, I'd have to say one word: Nyarlathotep.
