Adventure Path Subscription Question

If I ordered the Adventure Path Subscription today, what issue would I get and would I be able to download the said issue.

You could choose between 13 and 14 and would be able to download it.

When I put the subscription in my shopping cart it shows that I would be getting issue #12. I want to start with #13 instead of #12.

When I subscribed there was a checkbox where I could pick between issue 12 and 13. Isn't there an option on the order page?
