Pathfinder D20 Replacement

I am curious to know if Pathfinder will operate under the OGL if products that were produced for the Old 3.5 can now reference Pathfinder instead of 3.5.

I know alot of 3PP are wondering what they are going to do with their product lines. I was surprised to find that pathfinder was listed as a replacement for 3.5 as the WOTC site seems to indicate 3.5 will not exist in anyform after January 2009.

I am happy to see that 3.5 DOES have a replacement potentially.
