Very cool, the flagellant sounds like a great prestige class!
On a side note, the audio was wonky for me, like it was running too fast. I kid you not, it sounded like Alvin and the Chipmunks interviewing Cartman and for the topics to cover dark horror and glyph magic in those voices was pretty hysterical.
Ericthecleric had that problem once. I'd really like to know why that's happening for some of you.
Alvin interviewing Cartman... that would be amusing. <G>
What program did you use to listen to the 'cast?

The Jade wrote:What program did you use to listen to the 'cast?Honestly? I don't know as it was through your website and I'm not sure what the standard software is for a PC.
When ericthecleric had this problem I told Ed over the phone about it and I could almost hear his helpless shrug.
I know you've already listened to it, CJ, but, at your leisure, would you mind trying it on the site again and seeing if it happens again?
Also, did you use the player on our site or download the 'cast?
Sorry for all the questions, I'd just like to nail down the problem if possible, before I get sued by talking chipmunks for cutting into their adorability royalties. Rodents are ever so litigious.

I've never had a problem with the player. I think I've always accessed it through Firefox. Don't know if that helps, but there it is.
Thanks for that input. It all helps. I use Explorer (I lost my last hard drive and I keep forgetting to reinstall Firefox)but the player works fine for me. Waiting to hear back from CJ on his reattempt. If his next player listen sounds sped as well, it means our player doesn't work on only certain people's computers. From there it's a world of investigative hurt, but at least we'll be a little closer to an answer.

Sure Jade, my pleasure.
BTW, I had a thought about you guys here.
Thanks, Answered it there. ;) Good idea, btw!
Yep, it's still high-pitch tonight on my computer which uses IE. I did try downloading it via Quicktime and it worked fine.
That narrows it down. Thanks, CJ!
I wonder if the problem might be related to other installed software. Hrmm... I'll send a letter to ericthecleric.

What better way to celebrate Episode 16 of Atomic Array than to interview my own Paizo avatar, but since this inanimate art refused to talk we were forced to bring in a reasonable facsimile to field our questions…
White Wolf’s Eddy Webb dropped by Moonstew Studios to talk to us about Scion. We found learned some cool things about Scion; design background and inspiration was on the table, but we also talked about the upcoming releases as well.
Learn how your humble host was twice confused for a great Greek god during childhood.

"So...[in Fonz voice] any luck gettin' hold of Mrs. C?"
"Aw gee, Fonz. She left in Potsy's new truck a half day ago to get some eggs at McElroy's market and we haven't heard from either of 'em since. Joanie doesn't seem to care. She's just taking advantage of the situation while pop's out looking, and I'm pretty sure that squeaking upstairs is her and Chachi slapping ham to Fats Domino, but Malph keeps needling me about Potsy being a known necrophiliac slash slasher. It just isn't feeling all that 50's around here lately."
Edit: As for the real Mrs. C... for the first time in my life I'm in the position of having to neither confirm nor deny, based on the limitations imposed upon me. What, I'm a politician now?! Feh! I would say this, be patient... and watch the skies! Or Itunes... whichever works for ya. ;)

So I finally got off my arse and listened to the last couple of Shows (I put them on CD and have been listening to them in the car - I wonder if people are looking at me funny when I'm laughing at your kooky antics).
One question: What is the International Dialling Code for your Competition Phone Number? I tried looking up the Code for USA, but you guys have a different one for every State it seems...

Hey Rone,
I thought it would be easier (and cheaper) if I just gave you my Skype details instead of using the landline to call in to the AA Competition line.

Mairkurion: =D
I like that movie (Flash Gordon) and I love that song. It is often the first thing anyone said when they met (or sometimes meet when I still catch up with them) me through my (old) work friends. So you're not the first to have that thought. ;)
It's not where the nickname comes from though and I get quite annoyed (irrationally so I fear) when people don't know who The Flash is after I tell them that's where the nickname comes from.

Okay, I listened and as always, very interesting stuff(and by the way, sounded fine this time).
Thanks, Jack. Glad to hear there wasn't another Alvin and the Argonauts incident.
Makes me so happy I'm going to sing you Engelbert Humperdinck's last charting single in a nice deep voice:
So I sing you to sleep, after the lovin'
With a song I just wrote yesterday
And I hope you can hear
What the words and the music have to say.
It's so hard to explain, everything that I'm feelin'
Face to face I just seem to go dry.
But I love you so much
That the sound of your voice can get me high.
Thanks for takin' me, on a one way trip to the sun.
And thanks for turnin' me into someone.
So I sing you to sleep, after the lovin'
I brush back the hair from your eyes.
And the love on your face
Is so real that it makes me want to cry.
And I know that my song Isn't sayin' anything new.
Oh, but after the lovin' I'm still in love with you.

Yes, after the lovin' I'm still in love with you.
Hmmm, after the lovin' I'm still in love with you.

Huh? Ah, you've confused my appropriately-sized condom with roomy apparel. Easy mistake. No worries.
Actually I was never a parachute pants kind guy. ;)

It was long ago foretold that the 17th episode of Atomic Array would come (<- behold the hyperlink!), and that Aeryn Rudel and Harley Stroh would come on the show to talk about the Master Dungeons adventure series from Goodman Games.
In January, Ed got a chance to watch Harley run M2: Curse of the Kingspire at Dungeons & Dragons Experience. It looked so good, that we had to invite him on to the Array. We asked Aeryn to tag along to talk about the line as a whole.
Harley made this insane on-the-spot request for me to sing Maiden. After a few surprised throat clearings on my part I gave Hallowed Be Thy Name a shot. Thank you ‘reverb’ button.
