This enterprising ENWorlder (KKDragonLord) converted his 3.x PC -- a druid, of all things -- to 4E. Can't tell if s/he did so on the collected rules found on the site, was one of the lucky ones whom buy.com "accidently" shippped a copy, or by more nefarious means, but it's quite an impressive undertaking.
So, those who received their books early or have it by other means (ENWorld posts are claiming 500 at this time!), pull out your books/boot your PCs, make your conversions of your PC, a missing race (gnomes!), or monster, and show us that WotC is wrong and one can convert 3.x material to 4E!
