I share your hope that RC will come out soon. I also pre-ordered RC.
What little insigth I have, now that The Logos has traversed the pond, is that everything Sinister is on hold until RC comes out. All efforts are focused on delivering that project. THis has my Dark Horizons writers miffed, but scr*w them. They b*tch one more time, and I'll pop 'em out an airlock. Nyah!
Assuming we don't trust Nick's web site with our personal financial information, how can we buy his products?
Well, last time I check it was Paypal the one handling the financial stuff, so nick website has no access to it directly. I think.
What' with this hacker and Nick's site... It seems personal now... what a bummer...
Nick is truly cursed his site has been hacked yet again.Things have had way to many problems. RC has taken much to long and the web site should not have had it's forums down for that long, now this. The bright side is RC is written and just needs it's final editing to get out the door. If he can just get it out and the web site back up everything else may fall back into place..
Yeah...this hasn't been smooth sailing so far. I'll not give up though. The hacker bullshit is getting a little ridiculous...but hey, some people have to get their kicks somehow I guess.
Thanks for your patience everyone, while I do my best to sort all this out.
Also, fear not on the personal information end - Paypal handles all that, my site sees nothing.
It seems like forever but I'm sure the wait will be worth it.

The last timeline that Nick released had RC debuting at the end of Feb/beginning of March. Of course, considering the previous delays, you have to kinda take any release date info with a grain of salt.
OK, maybe half the historical output of the Bad Dürrnberg mine near Salzburg.

Last thing I read about it, was as others have said it was in final editing and was still looking at a March release. Of course it depends a lot on where and how it is being printed. I imagine as soon as Nick is done and it is sent to be printed he will post about it. Which i would say at soonest you are talking 2 weeks before the book is out. Though we might get the PDF when it is sent the printer.
Personally right now I am hoping for the PDF sometime in march and a print copy in April. Be nice sooner but... yeah.

All I know is that I have a copy paid for and I'm still waiting. But I am patient. I just hope there will be a companion book soon with print outs of all those tasty indulgences.

It's pretty freaking crazy though. The gazetteer section alone is INSANE!

Well I've pushing for a hand delivered signed copy since the second big batch of delays (the one that put him on the same island as me), which is another point wern't you going to try to get down our way at some point Nick? guess your now inured to the nice short distances we have to travel and consider an hour or two travel time a long way.
A part of me is growing impatient but the fact that you are working on it gives hope that the end product will be worth the wait.
I would love to see a product "real soon now", but I'm afraid that pushing for it will just result in less editing. And I love good editing jobs. :)
Well, hopefully Nick's "vacation" at the Razor Coast shores will speed this up!!! Yay!

I'll definitely tackle the website issues on my cancelled vacation (upcoming in two weeks), as well as put RC to bed. Up after that is finishing the editing and art work for the Known Universe Gaz, and cranking out two more waves of Indulgences.
As to signed copies! I WILL be at Gencon. Not only will I sign copies of the books if you guys bring em (might be hard to sign em before since they will ship right to you all from the printer), but I will also buy anyone who has put up with the ludicrous wait for a book a drink. That's a promise! :-)
