My hardcopy of 'The Frozen Stars' never had a tracking number and is still not here.
On the advice of Sara Marie in the other threads about this book being missing I waited until today (June 13th) to post about it.

Any advice on this would be great.

Your order was shipped by May 24, with 4-8 business days estimated transit time. While it is currently the 12th business day I want to give the package until Friday (June 14th) to arrive as most "missing" packages arrive within one week of the outside estimate if they encountered shipping delays.

In the mean time, please check with your local postal delivery service to see if they are holding any packages for you.

We found that many of the packages from our May subscription run did not get scanned by Mail Innovations as they left our warehouse, however the package should still be on its way.

Okay. It's not here and I've been unable to get in touch with the post office. Any thoughts?
