I have all my original dice as well. They're... magical to me.
Are they...precious to you?
Well, I wouldn't allow them to be tossed into a river of lava. That's for sure.
Tossing into a river of lava is generally a bad idea.

nope, the 15th level wizardesses are the street urchins characters meet who are testing their "character".
Bar maids are so much more powerful than that. Gestalt doesn't even begin to cover it. Especially if they're trained by Elminster or Khelben.
And 'trained' is pretty much a euphemism in FR iirc.

Strength 3
Intelligence 10
Wisdom 12
Dexterity 15
Constitution 12
Charisma 13A Thief with a severe disability?
Hm. Might make for a very cool character.
Maybe the thief is handicapped and had his back badly broken early in his career. Now he hobbles around using canes belted to his wrists. The canes each contain a retractable spike and can be used like small rapiers - the thief is also an expert at using them to snip and pick the coin purses of unsuspecting nobles.
He could play the part of a fairly charming beggar as well.

And really, don't they have a default CHA of 5? The only reason they are not as puntable as footballs is that the twiggy little limbs flail around and make them less aerodynamic.
For my second character:
STR: 11
INT: 11
WIS: 6
DEX: 16
CON: 5
CHA: 12
Ladies and Gentlement, may I present Horker the Turberculear Thief.

Str: 13 (6 5 2)
Int: 17 (6 6 5)
Wis: 11 (6 4 1)
Dex: 6 (4 1 1)
Con: 15 (6 5 4)
Cha: 12 (6 4 2)
I guess it will be mage duty then. Add elf adjustments in and it brings dex up to not totally awful and puts int through the roof (assuming Pathfinder rules) Would mean a hit to con but I have some room there
I was only introduced to the game in the 3.0/3.5 era (and thus had to actually consciously determine the order rather than just automatically putting in str, dex, con, int, wis, cha) (and I have never even SEEN any 1st ed books and only one 2nd ed book (arms and equip)) but still may you be long remembered and well remembered Gary Gygax

Oh dear heaven. This weedy and feckless PC is a charm-free children's entertainer with attitude and a strong resistance to colds. Blimey. He can barely wear clothes without toppling over... STR 5, DEX 11, CON 13, INT 10, WIS 5, CHA 8
Or notice he's naked (Wis 5), or call for help when he's fallen (Cha 8).
This is the most laughably bad character I've ever seen. On the positive side, monsters might actually ignore him :P

He is the exact reason point buy is my best friend. You may not get spectacular but you do get playable. I nearly fell over laughing when I saw that stat line. It brought back memories.
In my old 1e days I rolled like this all the time and the DM was a toerag who only allowed one re-roll of one stat..
"Hmmmm. Now which diabolical stat shall I try to improve?" None of my PCs lived long.
