The Sandpoint militia consists of sixty-two first-level human warriors (BO p. 65). I'm guessing that most of these are farmers, but I don't know if any of them were Hambley farm (shrinking the number of militia available). Presumably there are also estate guards for the four manors south of town, and I'd guess that they're included in this number. Perhaps there are also unnamed warriors actually living in town doing whatever they normally do with their lives.
Sixty-two seems like a big number, and I'm just trying to place them. The sheriff has doubled the guard temporarily by drawing on these folk, and I want to get a feel for who they are. While he's in Magnimar one of the PCs recruited four of the sixty-two to help with a rescue mission to Thistletop, and if it actually goes off then I'd love to be able to hand some non-cookie-cutter militia men to the players in need of rescue without going against the feel of what's already established.
At this point, I'm thinking that there's a guard from the Valdemar manor, a guard from the Scarnetti manor, a farmhand from a place on Cougar Creek, and a retired Magnimar city guard who lives in Sandpoint with his adult daughter. Does this sound about right? Have any of you developed the militia in any detail?
There are also twelve full-time city watchmen, and the PCs have interacted with these guys enough that I feel a little guilty for not at least naming them. Anyone done this already, or should I just go ahead?
Is this the sort of data we should add to the Pathfinder wiki?

Don't forget that there are other industries besided farming.
So there would also be fisherman, ship-builders, lumberjacks, mill workers and merchants among the militia.
The jewler has 6 3rd level warriors as guards.
They might be a bit short of glass-workers in the ranks...
And Sczarni might have slipped a few ringers into the ranks.
Some of the named NPCs with some levels might be NCO's or Officers in the militia. Who wouldn't want to be lead into battle by a beer-making Paladin? Some of the aristocrats might take leadership roles depending on their temperment.
