So now that the issues of Pathfinder that I got on credit from my Dragon subscription are all sent I want to add the GM Modules subscription. I've already ordered _Entombed with the Pharaohs_ independently, so I want the subscription to begin with _Carnival of Tears_. Now...
1) When should I sign up for the GM Module subscription so that the first module sent is _Carnival of Tears_? Is now okay, or do I wait for _CoT_ to be listed as the "current issue"?
2) If I want Pathfinder and the GM Module shipped together each month how do I arrange for that?
I know if I dug around in the threads long enough I'd probably find the answers, so apologies for my laziness.
Oh, and while I'm being lazy and not looking up things I could probably find on my own...
3) The last I read (or thought I read) there were supposed to be two issues of Pathfinder shipping in November (#3 and #4). Pathfinder #4 is listed as shipping in December. Is the expectation now for two issues to ship in December?

If you sign up now, you should get to choose which module you want to start your subscription with (the current or the next). Simply select to start your subscription with the next one.

Again, there will be an option during the checkout process for this as well. Just tick the box, and it will be right to go.

Sorry, I can't answer this one, but I am not sure of Paizo even know exactly when the pathfinders will be shipping, at least not until they turn up in their warehouse.

If Pathfinder and the module ship together, is the shipping rate doubled?
No. The exact amount depends on what rate you've chosen, and where it's shipping to, but generally it doesn't cost much more to ship a Module with a Pathfinder. (In some cases, it actually costs nothing more.)
