As per the RAW absolutely, but remember you have to use the "suggestion's" spell range not "message's" range for it to work.
Thanks! A 6th level spell caster could do it at that distance. A 4th level bard could do it at 35'. Sweet!!!
So I would assume that an imp sorcerer 2, could use the spell like ability suggestion in combination with a message spell? As long as the imp is within 40'?
