A Survey: Players, what campaign or adventure would you like to play here?

If you were given a chance to recommend to a prospective PBP DM a campaign or adventure to run here, what would it be?

I received some very positive responses to the Dark Sun campaign I'm working on (should be ready by the end of November). Quite a few people have been eager to give the new Game Mastery modules a spin as well.

Greyhawk - I dunno
Sci fi - check (Vissigoth is trying to get a HALO campaign up)
Horror haven't seen one yet.... hmmmm.
Hero - nope, haven't seen one.

If I were fishing I might post requests to see if anyone is interested in a horror campaign.

I can't remember who it was that wanted to DM but there was almost a Paranoia (ED: Grimcleaver you villain! It was you!) campaign and a bunch of guys signed on, then it just disappeared.

I’ve been considering running a Planescape (-esque) game here, but realised I probably don’t have the time to do it. But there’s nothing really like that running here – it might be an idea?

Otherwise, yes, any of the Gamesmastery modules (particularly one that is not yet being run) are likely to get good response.

A couple of the homebrew d&d games being run here have at least 'mild' horror themes (my Age of Darkness game, Arctaris' Grimmbold Manor, and one or two others), but yeah, I don't think anyone is running anything more overtly horror (like Call of Cthulu or Ravenloft)

The Paranoia game was Grimcleavers.

Thanks for the quick response. I'll take your suggestions and plan my pbp game. It's probably going to be a horror campaign with liberal use of the book of vile darkness and other related literature.

I hope you'll join me once I'm ready to host the game.
