it would seem that the "cr" column is missing from the "a weakened prince" sidebar in the last adventure.
what are the modified challenge ratings for demogorgon? i would assume that they are reduced from 33 by a number equal to the number of negative levels he receives, but you know what they say about assuming...

I do believe Mr Jacobs has clarified that already - and your assumption is most likely correct.
However, if you have a large player group (like I do), there is no reason not to fudge a few of those NL's away ...
Yup. The negative levels adjust his CR score directly, on a one-for-one basis.
