Rights to Polyhedron

I write this here only because Paizo used to publish Polyhedron.
Who owns to rights to all the early Polyhedron issues?
Could they be released in a PDF format?

Wizards of the Coast does. In fact, I believe that the RPGA has already resurrected Polyhedron, at least once, as a smaller scale product? Not sure...
