I ran across a article about using Rune magic that I wanted to use for the dwarves of the campaign world I'm working on.
I'm also trying to find the issue that had an article about the races of someone's world setting which included a Catcus-Folk race(not actual name.) One of my player's would like the chance to play this Race later on in the game in the event his original character, a dwarven samurai, dies.
But it seems these two articles have disappeared on me no matter how often I flip through the issues.

I haven't found the rune magic article, however, Dragon #352 features articles on China Mieville's 'Perdido Street Station'. You'll find the catus folk therein.

M.Balmer, Thanks!!
Also, I found the rune article by going through my PDF files and looking for the picture of a dragon that I remember was on the first page of the article. It turned out to be the Silicon Sorcery article found in issue #324, which details how to make and use Runes like those used in the videogame, Gloom II.
