I didn't see Kora whistlegap's fate noted in ADV2.

Kora was in ADV1, the Lady Lavinia's servant.

In the room where Lavinia is being held by the bullywugs, Kora is tied to a chair beside the chair that Lavinia is tied to. Unfortunelately for poor Kora, they killed her to intimidate Lavinia.
