Ok, so what if the target of this feat doesn't have "hands" per say. Would it work on claws or tentacles?
Also, if you did it more than once, could you technically lacerate both (or more) "hands" eventually rendering an enemy useless?

Some of those feats were a little odd, thematically. Shooting someone's hand, I can imagine, but how exactly do you shoot someone's spell resistance off?
"Oh man, I sprained my spell resistance. I think I bruised my damage reduction too . . . "
