I'm not in MI but California and I too have yet to receive issue #132. Should I start giving my mail man a dirty look?
(Lansing) Finally got my #132 last Saturday. My original #131 was ejected from the postal distribution center demiplane and arrived Wednesday--after Paizo sent me a replacement. My guess is that the demiplane of Lost Mail has your #132 as well, and it will reappear on a random plane 1d100 days from now. How fitting for an issue featuring a hard-to-reach demiplane. Sorry, couldn't resist ;-)
Oregon (Portland) and I have had my copy of #132 for almost two weeks now.
